Straw Hat Pizza

2/06/25Getting lunch and Yelp makes it easier! Ordered on Yelp app, a ham and cheese hot hat and onion rings. Paid for it there to pick up ASAP and went to pick it up.Arrived and checked in. Greeted by kind worker. My order was ready and he handed it over with good day wishes! GREAT! Very nice inside! Calm. Large bar off to the right and plenty of seating! Lunchtime! A full order is A LOT! ! Definitely two meals! Leftovers! Ham & cheese hot hat 1/2 was Really DELICIOUS! Cheesy! Like a mini calzone! Dipping it in the sauce made it even better! GREAT! Onion rings were GREAT too! Crunchy & FANTASTIC! Great service & GREAT lunch! Highly recommended!

Food was good. Service was horrible. Our server did not check on us after delivering the food and drinks. People in my part wanted more water and no one came to check on us. Mind you the restaurant was empty there were like 3 tables. She was too busy writing on a paper or board at the bar. Our server was a little rude too. They also did not honor any of the deals on their website like a $12 medium pizza for December or the free twist bread for joining their email list. They charged a surcharge for using my credit card to pay. Plus they rounded up my total it went from $53. 89 to $54. I would not recommend.

Tikka Masala pizza was good, as was the green bean crispers. Kids loved the arcade and kids menu. Good for what it was.

The pizza was GOOOOOD!!!!Make your own Pepperoni, Sausage, onion. $20 for a small so a bit pricey. I wanted a salad but it was $8. No thanks. I know Bidenonmics has us all chained, so I get it. I'm here Wednesday at 8 so not busy but looks like a fun place. I'll be back to try something else. Can't wait!!!

First off our server Raj was incredible, very warm and welcoming. After we ordered our drinks and food she recommended an activity for my wife and I to do while we waited for the food to be ready. She gave us each a card to write a few things about the other person on and how we wanted to see our relationship strengthened. Little acts like this are not the "norm" when eating out but help make stronger memories.The pizza was really good as well, we got a Chicken Tika Masala that was fresh, hot, and hit the spot. The wife had a mixed drink which she raved about. These are the kinds of places you love finding where you live. Small family owned restaurants that are invested in the community. Give them a try for your next date night!

The food was not good, we tried the pepperoni pizza, BBQ chicken pizza, Philly cheesesteak and all were very much lacking, odd flavors and tasted of old ingredients made before expiration dates. The inside looks fun for little kids but do not count on tasty food.

When we went in for lunch today, we were the only three people inside at 11:15 and I can't even say we had bad service. We had no service no refills on water or cokes. The food was burnt. I threw mine away. The pastrami, hot hat calzone had just pastrami in it no mustard, no onions no cheese that I could see and I was told it be just like a sandwich and the outside of the "bread" had a funky flavor. Pass

My sisters and I ate here today to celebrate a birthday. It's really gone downhill from our last visit. The service was non-existent and we were the only customers for at least a half an hour. Everything is on the edge of burnt and the pastrami hot hat had some weird cinnamon topping on it . The Philly cheese steak sandwich was nothing special and the meatball hot hat had approximately 2 1/2 cut up meatballs if that in it. Oh and unfortunately I needed to use the restroom and the store had only been open a half an hour and the toilet was filthy. And I did take a picture but I really don't want to post it because it's gross .

I've never met such a belittling group of workers. Wow.I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant that I feel compelled to share. I placed a to-go order, and the service was incredibly lacking. The staff was rude and dismissive, which overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the meal.Our food was supposedly ready at 9:45, so we arrived early at 9:23, only to be told that our order had been waiting, and they thought we weren't going to come. Why wouldn't we pick up our own food? It made no sense!We ordered kids' pizzas for our three little cousins, and the menu seemed to suggest that the kids' meals included a drink. When we politely inquired about this, the staff reacted defensively and rudely questioned why we would think the meals came with drinks. Their attitude was shocking and completely uncalled for.As a first-time visitor, I expected at least a minimal level of customer service, but I was sorely disappointed. Honestly, it doesn't matter how good the food is when the experience is marred by such poor treatment. I will not be returning.

-Service was great!-The food was OK.-The beer menu was meh.-The bathrooms were gross.-Most arcade games were not working. The ones that did were janky.-the "sports" on the TV we're re-run from last year! Not even like live ESPN... -so weird for a "sports bar and arcade" to have neither
