Would give it ZERO if possible. Don't waste your money or your time, because she will definitely overcharge and under deliver for it. Lacks professionalism, communication skills, and compassion for someone whose best interests she was supposed to have at heart.

Karen Stone explained the process and concentrated my focus on the parts of the case that would help us in court.
