Update to my reviewMy wife and I made numerous attempts to start a payment plan, but they made no effort on helping us out. I just found out that they are garnishing my wages to collect the money despite trying to get irk with them. Despite the debt being under multiple names they made no effort to contact the other party so I'm taking the hit.No wonder people can't make it in life when you have scandalous, and corrupt businesses like them

Scam Artist. I asked for a copy of the agreement for them to take payments on behalf of an HOA. I never signed for them to charge fees. No agreement or contract was ever presented. They claim they explained everything. I hope they record their phone calls so they can prove that. My lawyers are already salivating at taking this place on. They wanted to charge me $120 to draft an agreement. This office said there is no contract to take payments between me and them. I never signed anything. I never received one piece of mail from my HOA. They won't give me a summary of what I've been charged for and what fees they are charging me.

I've had the pleasure of working with Steve Hrdlicka's office since 2011. The office staff is always helpful as I've often called or emailed for assistance on potential referrals for eviction. Every member I've been in contact with is professional an knowledgable. Should they run into a situation in which they may not be experienced in they research and get back to me with correct information. In 2013 I found myself in a situation in which I had to break a lease. Although I did everything I needed to do so properly, I was referred to Hrdlicka's office as an unpaid move out. This was my opportunity to see what the other side of the coin was like. The staff treated me respectfully and were professional at all times. I see that the way we conduct ourselves has a direct impact on the results we are trying to obtain. Personally I own up to my mistakes and pay the consequences as I have also in the past had wage garnishments. It's not something that happens over night; there's a process and yes, if we ignore, we will pay the price. Often times if we speak up we can make arrangements before it gets to that point. Facing the situation and dealing with it instead of ignoring will always end up in our benefit. Bottom line is Steve Hrdlicka is a fair attorney, approachable and very much human. Make an appointment with him and see for yourself.

I don't think I have ever dealt with a staff as rude and unprofessional as that of Steven R. Hrdlicka's. Silvia, the manager and/or supervisor, according to herself and fellow staff members, is demeaning and condescending. Should you call with any questions or concerns about your bill, be prepared, because she will only explain it to you once. After which she will let you know that she has already explained it to you once, and refuses to send you a detailed statement explaining the charges. She also hung up on us several times. When asking to speak to a supervisor, or manager, they refuse, stating that they can only transfer you to Silvia's voicemail because apparently she is the only supervisor or manager, but she is also in charge of the accounts, so good luck finding someone with an ounce of professionalism to help you.
