He didn't want to cut my hair because I was high, I had just gotten off work and hit my wax pen a couple times, despite promoting alcohol throughout his shop. His explanation was bad experiences with high ppl. Wasted time and gas to get a haircut there, I'm sure he cuts hair well but if it's your first time booking he seems he's very selective with who he cuts.

After struggling for years to find a steady barber, that actually knows what they're doing & can offer an outstanding experience & cut, I was lucky enough to find Jake & his spot. That was almost 2 years ago, & I'm still consistently impressed by the quality & effort he puts into his craft. Jake truly cares about providing that old school barber experience with modern day techniques. As long as this man can hold a pair of clippers & scissors, he will be the only barber I'll go to, if you're looking for someone to get you & your hair right, Jake is the one to see.

What can I say?! Yeah, no doubt Jacob does fresh cuts, definitely gots skillz. The experience though... Jake revives what most modern barbers lack, skill yes, but a straight razor lineup experience and cut followed by steam treatment... Kinda lost of words. What's the niche though? Well the atmospheric ambiance to take off stresses edge, a shot of bourbon or whisky over a conversation of whatevers. To say the least, it's his customer service (not the traditional poster boy customer service taught at retail stores and to sales reps) but down to earth keepin' it real service. Solid 100%

Not impressed at all, very poor communication and availability. I understand we are all on time crunch ( Customers / Barbers) but there needs to some understanding or flexibility when trying to work someone's WORK SCHEDULE.Especially when they are already booked & it's overlaps with another appointment.Please don't say you take "after hours " appointments then cancel immediately.This place is definitely only for people who know the barbers, unfortunately.

My husband and I took our 2.5-year-old toddler there for the first time, and it was an amazing experience! The barber was so patient with him, showed him all the equipment he was using, let him acclimate to the room, turned on his favorite show for him, and everything. You can truly tell that he is a father himself and has a great atmosphere! We will absolutely be coming back to him, and my husband will too!

Enjoyed getting my chair it by Jake. He's a great guy to work with and the studio itself is really cool. Really happy with the haircut. Lots of attention to detail and Jake did a great job making sure I got the cut I wanted. Looking forward to my next visit.

Went for a cut for my wedding and I was not disappointed...Great guy.. Great atmosphere...Clean cut! Blends Great ! Listens to what kind of cut you want.... For sure going to be regular...

I've been taking my son to Jacob since last year and my son loves getting haircuts with him. My son is autistic and Jacob is more than patient with him, which I love! He always has my son's favorite movie on before we walk in the door and his studio has a chill vibe to it. I highly recommend!

Jacob is the Rolls Royce of barbers! He has a God-given talent for cutting hair. If you are looking for a barber who is highly skilled and provides excellent customer service, look no further than Jacob. He exceeded my expectations from the moment I booked my son's appointment until he finished his haircut.
