So professional, communicative, and prompt. Ray was awesome to work with for our event. He has great inventory and tons of experience. He even helped me arrange a tent last minute when rain was forecasted. It's very refreshing to work with someone so kind and reliable. Will definitely use them again!

Ray and Gabe are the best! They were so good with explaining to my girls that the bounce house had to go so that they wouldn't be upset. They have a large variety of bounce houses too. They were super flexible and easy to work with. They took care of the set up and breakdown and were respectful of our property. Definitely recommend!

I was so excited to find out they had a Mickey Mouse themed bounce house. They were inexpensive even for the travel fee. The bounce house was very clean (and I'm a clean freak). They arrived on time and there was no problems. Anytime I need to rent a bounce house they are the people I'll be calling.

What I appreciate about Ray is his constant communication the day before and the day of my event. Instead of just showing up late and letting me be stress and wondering if he will show, He let me know that he would be 30 minutes late due to back to back drop offs. Him and his son did a good job setting up and doing last minute quick wipe down. The combo jumper and slide was in good condition. My kids had fun. I am a returning customer and plan to rent again next year.

After Covid put a damper on our original plans for my daughters birthday party I reached out to Star Jumpers for a waterside bounce house. I spoke with Ray and is was super helpful! Unfortunately they didn't have anything that would fit my yard but Ray was willing to text me a few numbers of other bounce house companies he would recommend...not something I see very often. About an hour after our interaction he reached out to see if they were able to help...again, not something I see often. Next even where I need a bounce house, this is my 1st call!

I rented a HUGE inflatable water slide for my daughters 1st Birthday this last weekend. The company was extremely easy to deal with and professional. They showed up on time and set up the water slide with no hassle at all. All the kids and adults loved using the slide and kids as young as 2.5-3 could climb the stairs on their own. I'd recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.
