Cute little Vietnamese place, I came here with my best friend today. I would recommend visiting here with friends or family!! The food was a 9/10 (ordered the Traditional and my friend ordered the Charbroiled Pork). The wait was worth it. Also, the place was clean and tidy!!

What a beautiful little spot. My first time here, meeting with my book club. So many food options, I should have taken a picture of the menu ( next time). I wish I would have ordered something different because I played it safe and ordered something basic lol. The service was pretty quick and they bring the food to you. I will come again and order more food!

First off, super duper cute shop. The decor is very pastel and giving off this retro modern vibe. Came here for lunch with my family and sister. We ordered a few items to try: I got the beef vermicelli noodle bowl. The beef was nicely seasoned and comes with all the toppings a traditional Vietnamese vermicelli noodle dish would have. This dish has quite a selection of sauce to pour over your bowl. There are 7 sauce to choose from and I got the House Crab. I did find it a little hard to mix the sauce and get everything underneath while doing so since the bowl is kinda small. I eventually closed the lid and tossed it like a salad. I also tried the fried bao which I have never seen a bao fried before. And it tastes just like my Vietnamese mother-in-law just not fried. Pretty good! It has a boil egg inside. The fries were bombastic. Soo fresh and crispy! The sauce to dip it in was really good too. My husband got the banh mi and enjoyed it. The popcorn chicken was just like any popcorn chicken, crispy and peppery! My sister's bf likes them a lot. My daughter also got a macaron which she gobbled down pretty quickly. I do think the price point for that is a little steep for a small macaron. The staff were friendly when I ordered and the establishment is nice and clean. They have restrooms for their customers. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend you to try it.

Where to start? The service was very disjointed, everyone behind the counter would start one thing then mid stride begin another (making spring rolls than switch to taking orders than make drinks) rather than have one cashier, food prep and drink prep. Took more than 1/2 hour for my mom and I to get our orders which came out 10 minutes apart (both were spring rolls). It was nowhere busy enough to wait 40 minutes for two (2 spring rolls) orders. Once we began to eat the rice paper had turned back to its original near inedible form. The shrimp were overcooked and rubbery. My mother's pork spring roll was 75 percent overcooked noodles, 20 percent lettuce and 5 percent pork. I threw both my spring rolls away and my mom managed to get 1/2 of one eaten only because she was really hungry. It's a shame. We were both looking forward to trying this place as we both love spring rolls and we support local businesses. We will not be returning.

I was waiting for them to open but have never had the chance to stop in when they finally did. We were charging near by and I needed some coffee. This place is open pretty early, 9:00am. I like that I could get a banhmi and coffee that early. Sometimes I don't crave breakfast food. This visit I got three drinks. Signature Saigon: strong, strong, strong. I love it. Vietnamese coffee is the way to go. Sweet, creamy, and strong. (5/5)Mango lychee mojito: it was good, not my favorite. It was on the sweeter. It's carbonated. Next time I'd adjust the sweetness levels. Maybe to 50%. (3/5)Pure passion: it was good, I didn't realize there were seeds (I should've read the description better) I asked for 70% sweet and it was pretty good. (4/5)I'll definitely come back again to try the food, everything on the menu sounds delicious.

What a cute spot: bright and decent amount of seating. Located in a shopping center with lots of parking. Have been here a handful of times and finally reviewing this place. Service is friendly. Drinks are good, fruit teas are on the sweeter side. The food is okay. I've enjoyed their bahn mis, spring rolls, and vermicelli bowls. I tried their chicken rice bowl and steak pho and would not order it again, doesn't seem to be worth the price you pay for. Overall, I enjoy this place and would come back again.

Finally some delicious Asian options in the Riverpark area where you can take a break in between shopping! I met up with the girls here and we were surprised at how good everything was! It's such a cute and girly place! I ordered the Saigon coffee and it was good! It's not my most favorite viet coffee but it was good and gave me that kick! I was high on caffeine for the rest of the day, lol. It's a bit on the pricer end but I enjoyed it! I got 3 veggie spring rolls and I appreciated the quality of fresh ingredients and the vegetarian options! They offered a variety of sauces and I honestly enjoyed the ones I tried! I loved how adventurous the sauces were! It's a bit different compared to the traditional nuoc cham sauce, but don't worry, they offered that too! We had such a great time meeting up and can't wait to come back. Especially if I need that viet coffee in the area!

The vibe is in the name. It gives off spring and I'm here her it! The service was fast and everyone was so nice. The food was pretty good! It felt like an elevated cafe with a full menu! I loved this concept. I couldn't stop thinking about the drink I had, I really wanted to go back again the next day. Can't wait to try more drinks/food!

I love this location its conveniently located in River Park near Barnes and Noble and Home Goods. I popped in on a Monday afternoon with friends and the store was moderately busy. The store itself was cute, but we just had to ask an employee to help us wipe down a couple tables for us to use. I ordered the grilled chicken vermicelli bowl with spicy garlic sauce and a mango tea. The sauce had the perfect amount of spice without being overwhelming. The chicken had good flavor as well. However, the egg roll I received was not hot or crispy. Two of my friends had ordered the furikake fries and there was a noticeable difference in the lack of seasoning among one of the orders. The menu itself is pretty extensive and is a good intro of Vietnamese cuisine and flavors and incorporating traditional American flavors for those who like to stick to their norm. The food and drinks were all great. However, it is at a higher price point that you would see at other cafes or Vietnamese restaurants. I'll be back to try more off of their menu!

First Time here in 2025 they first opened in August 2024. Only location in Fresno. Sparingly is a Vietnamese Food Restaurant. Nice comfortable seating and esthetic interior design is nice. Service was friendly and tables were clean. We tried the egg rolls , Pho, kids chicken nuggets and fries, and Pork Ban Mi.Everyone was happy with their meals. Smoothy and Matcha Spanner drink size 14 oz was a little small for paying $8. But it did taste really good. We will be back to try more of the menu.
