I haven't gotten a haircut in a while and it was very much needed. I called before to see if there was a long wait. The lady told me that they weren't busy and I could walk in. I got there in 3 minutes and was greeted right away. She lady asked me what I wanted done. I told her I want a different look, let's cut off 18 inches! My hair was really long and it grows fast. The lady made sure she heard right and confirmed that I wanted that much off. At first she did half of what I wanted, still checking to see if I wanted to go shorter or not. I told her I wanted it a little pass my shoulders. She ended cutting exactly how I imagined it would look. She added some layers to give my hair some volume. She finished by curling my hair. My husband really liked it and was very impressed on how quickly it took. Will definitely come back!

I love this spot! The prices are good, and they always make you feel comfortable! My haircuts are always well done and I love the outcomes of it!

I was greeted upon arrival. I came in for a trim and long layers. She did a great job cutting and then styling my hair. She also trimmed my face framing layers and made some nice small talk.

I love my hair everytime I get it done! Kim is always flexible to accommodate me even with short notice. Been going here for 11 years now

Been waiting over an hour signed in when I got here people keep coming in they just ignore those they don't know! I would say they are very rude!!

My whole family has been going here for the last several years. Everyone is super friendly and they always give great service and cuts. There is turnover with staff so I can only assume the bad reviews are around staff that is no longer there. Highly recommend this salon!

Got my hair cut by Chi and she did an amazing job! I asked long face framing layer and curtain bangs and showed her a video of what I wanted and my hair turned out exactly like what I showed her! Love my new hair!

This place can not do fades. If you're looking for color or female style hair or simple haircuts for men then this the place for you. If you want a fade, they can't do it right. I can't speak on all the team here but 2 haircuts from this place has been horrendous. First haircut by a lady screwed my hair up. Last haircut last week with the new guy with dreads, great guy; however he can't fade for sh!t. First my fade was higher in 1 side. He adjusted. Normally they show you the back this guy didn't. Got out to my car and my wife said they f up your hair. She takes a picture from the back of head and shows uneven fading and a low fade. I hate going outside my norm.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Do NOT go here. I have not experienced a horrible haircut until now. The lady that cut my hair was Laotian. I asked to not cut a lot of my hair and for a bit more layers. She cut more than 5 inches of my hair off!! After returning home, I noticed that the layers are extremely stringy and not blended at all! They don't listen to what you want but rather do whatever they want. I will not be returning.

I want to give this 0 stars but it's not a possibility. I went in to get my eyebrows done and they burned me with the wax and tore off my skin. She put it on my eyebrows and when she went to tear it off she was like "oh this is too sticky" and proceeds to continuously go back and rip off the excess, sticky wax with the paper. She knows it's not right but proceeds to use it on my other eye too, going back and tearing at my skin. Right afterwards she didn't show me with a mirror or anything and rushes me over to the counter to pay. I knew something was wrong because my eyes aren't usually stinging afterwards. I woke up the next morning and saw the scabs under my eyebrows. Pictures are from a day later.
