Spa Nails

I don't know what's up with all the bad reviews! I've been getting pedicures done here forever and they are always great and nice!A lot of people complain about the prices, but if you look at their prices on the menu, it tells you what their BASE price is, things do cost extra such as gel, nail design, and probably length, pay attention to the menu there are plus signs indicating there could be extra charge. Today I got a full set, and it came out to a total of 70, the add ons included the French design and the length. I think 70 is reasonable for a full set, and she did great work, very nice lady and she made me comfortable the entire time. If you think 70 is too expensive, then don't get acrylic nails because this is reasonable in comparison to a lot of nails artists/salons.

I will never go back to this place ever again I usually go to another nail place but they were closed on vacation so I came to spa nail and it was the worst mistake I could of done all my nails are now with a fungal infection that I had to go to the dr and get medication I am soooo upset I have been getting my nails done for years and this has never happen to me till I came here this is the worst service I have ever gotten

Terrible! I would give 0 stars if I could. My daughter had her nails done and they were AWFUL! Asked to have them taken off and get my $75 back. I didn't even want them redone, they were THAT bad. After getting them taken off, they would only refund me $60 saying they charge $15 to take them off!!!! I was like ummm no, they had to be taken off because they were done so bad but the lady wouldn't budge so I actually went and got back the $10 tip I had given the nail person ( something I have NEVER done before) and walked out. Do not give this place your business.

I'm happy with this salon. Ombré acrylics done very nicely. This photo was from yesterday when I got a fill. Full set of ombré is $50 and a fill is $35. Done very nicely and lasted 3 weeks before I needed a fill.

I honestly think people are reviewing the wrong Salon here. The shop was so clean and cute. Everyone was so nice, especially my nail tech. The nicest thing was how quiet it was, despite being busy. Most shops have loud music, loud customers, or obnoxious tv. This one was so relaxing. The pricing is also reasonable. I had a janky set of acrylics coming in that they removed for me, a new set, and gel polish all for $65. I have no idea what issues other people had, again I think they're reviewing the wrong place. I had a wonderful time and I will be back.

This salon is disgusting! Dirty.... Dirty dirty! I'll never step foot in here again. I don't know how they stay in business. The state board must not come in and check on their practices of using dirty towels and tools!

I asked for a new overlay of acrylic over my natural nails since the old one was due to be removed. I wanted pink and white. The gentleman at station 7 was who helped me. Firstly, he tried to cut off my natural nails to put on tips. No thanks! Then he cut open several fingers using that tool that cuts the acrylic to the correct shape. Then he left so much excess acrylic around my fingers they are so uncomfortable. He also wanted me to have my hands under the UV light for excessive amounts of time to dry the acrylic?? (Wtf?). The filing of the sides of my nails was also over done that it has destroyed their natural shape. Which took months to achieve. Lastly, he didn't even completely coat the nails with gel polish, there are many spots without it. I will never come here again. I also have to pay someone else to fix them. Thanks for the pain, wasted time, and poor service. Also wear a mask, or use a mint! Smelling your nasty breath of cigarettes bcuz of you running in and out of the back smoking while my nails were soaking.

I would never go back to this establishment got my toenails cut the next day I had a severe infection/full-grown toenail on my big Big toe and little toe next to it

I have been coming to Spa Nails for my pedicures for well over 6 years and I have NEVER walked away unsatisfied!! Their massage chairs are 1 of my main reasons for coming. Spa Nails is ALWAYS clean nd the associates are all so nice. My 2 favorite is Lynn and Tony. They are the only 1's I will allow to take care of my pedicures. I will always recommend Spa Nails to others!! Keep up the good work!!
