I got number #11 it was so good highly recommend it ! Very clean place it smells good inside. The lady that help me was really friendly .

Finally! Soya Tea Lounge saves this boba-barren land with decent drinks and a cool club environment to chill from the hot Los Banos sun. This spot is definitely a few tiers above Quickly or TapEx. Located in the same plaza as the 99 Cent store, Soya Tea Lounge serves a long list of tea drinks plus one or two snack choices. Inside is dark like a night club, but is quickly lit up with a projector spewing dancing lights against the wall. Now it's a rave! I have been here twice and have thoroughly enjoyed both experiences so far. I have tried: - Luv U Berry Much - a strawberry smoothie blended with frozen yogurt/Yakult? Very refreshing - U Be Mine - an ube milk tea. Not my favorite, but still tasty. - Slush of Sunshine - a mango smoothie with mango chunks. Super yummy and just as refreshing as the strawberry one!- Pithaya Pop - dragon fruit soda with different flavored popping bobas (blueberry, strawberry, guava, sour lemon, dragon fruit). This was an interesting one and definitely for the kiddos who love popping boba! Again not my favorite, but was thirst-quenching for that sunny day. The man who takes our orders is super nice and easy to talk to. I overheard this is a newer establishment that opened about 2 or 3 months ago, as they had moved here from San Jose. Will definitely make this my go-to for boba whenever I'm in the LB area. I want to try more of the menu!

Honestly I didn't think I could love a tea spot more, and then BAM! They come out with new menu items AND an HK egg waffle! Sadly we didn't have the time to wait to try it today, but let me tell you, we'll be back in a few days just for that. Im slowly but surely going through the menu one drink at a time, and so far ALL of the drinks have been great, I do have my top favorites of course. Today I got the slush of sunshine, and high is mango yogurt and it's so good! BF isn't a fan of yogurt but even he said it was good and he'd probably order it in the future. Thank you again Bin and family for having such an awesome shop in town.

I would say I have been with 50 plus boba tea shop and have tried majority their signature and famous drinks. For me this shop offer far waaaaaaayyyyy to good to be compared off I was even shocked its only 1 location. The mixture of their milk is classy and has a huge different among other milk teas, the green tea I would say is high class grade too how did I know? Because I have owned 1 business before when I was young. While I was drinking the signature it was thrilling and surprising what's on it, cracking chocolate and floating cheese balls and some long jellies really good. From now on I would say this is my ONE and only TOP tea shop! I have been to many tea stores with all my travelling trying teas this is the best one. I hope this company expand more and more that can reach our place. The service is top notch and the food as well. I was very lucky to pass by this area. If your nearby or passing by make sure you try it. I'm even interested on franchising this shopNow this place is my FAVORITE

Best boba spot in Los Banos with great vibe and music, owner is super friendly And try the mouth watering taro waffle.

I posted before, but am trying the whole menu. SO good. Cute place. Proprietors are friendly and service is efficient.

Heard about a new hot spot milk tea place in town, decided to give it a try. And omg...finally a good real milk tea place we have in town (not no quickly...that's not real milktea).Inside the milk tea place, very clean, beautiful set up. A place to lounge, study and just good Ole hang out. Nice appearance. The lady who helped us was also very nice and helpful. Drinks ordered: foxy brown- consists of oolong milk tea with brown sugar, coffee jelly and cheese foam. I'm a big fan of oolong tea, the taste of brown sugar was perfect. I would say the drink is sweet but if u like sweet then that's def a good thing. PMS drink- consists of organic jasmine green tea with tropical fruit pieces, strawberry and peach slides which tasted very refreshing especially good for the summer drink. Also ordered HK egg waffle....omg so good!!! Def goes good with the milk tea or by itself. Definitely worth to check it out!! Go out there and give them a try !!! Support your local milk tea aka boba business !!

Not what we were expecting unfortunately, after reading the reviews here on yelp we were excited to try but we ended up disappointed and did not enjoy our drinks. Ordered a drink that literally just tasted like milk?? I don't understand but I guess it's a drink.
