If you like dealing with shady people that don't stand behind what they sell, this is the place for you. I stopped in real quick to get a puff bar. Fancy name for a jewel.I picked one up on the way to merced. Unwrapped it took a puff, nothing. Ok. Well on the way back I'll swap it out. Shouldn't be a big deal. It will be about 15-20 minutes. Well I bring it to the clerk. Tell him I just bought it. He said," no refunds no exchanges."But I just bought it. He shows me a little sticky memo note on the glass. So I tossed it to him and walked out. Tossed, not thrown!! Didn't raise my voice.Ok. I will never be back. Good day sir.So think about it before you do business here. Shady folks.

Not really much of a smoke shop, they do have a small variety of smoke and vape accessories but if you are looking for walls of bongs and cases full of pipes and grinders then you may want to yelp another spot. I appreciate them attempting to stock whats popular, but whoever does their ordering doesn't really seem to appreciate quality as they choose garbage flavors and supply cheaper brands.

This place is AWESOME!!! No longer does the vape community have to shop online. #taxdollarslocal I did the research on what I wanted and they had it all. SUPER friendly, warrantied products as well as hard to find E juice. This places website is top notch. I'll be a customer for life.

I went in there like a jerk... bad attitude, tired... and they turned my day around. They were helpful and very nice! It reminded me what good business is all about. I was steered me in the right direction, I saved some money overall and was sincerely impressed. I will be their customer from NOW on... Way to go Smoke City! I will share the word... I can't say enough about this place! I left the happiest customer in the world.

This guy and gal have customer service skills. I know where I'll be shopping...aside from my vape much to pricey with eBay being an option.

I don't know about anything else here. But I bought a defective lighter for about $20 bucks. I brought it back and he replaced it no questions asked. Good customer service.

Was an ok shop,but they just sell juice and mods. No rebuilding or cotton. Definitely not a vape shop. Just a smoke shop with some vape merc.

Best vape store from bakersfield to Sacramento. Great selection of premium e-liquids. the staff is very friendly and more helpful then any vape stores I've been to. They sell suicide bunny, five pawns, as well as several other high quality liquids. They also have a good selection of mechanical and varabile voltage/wattage mod's. There prices for the most part are fair. For a BNM.

This shop is the best one could hope for. I'm blown away by the top knotch efficiency and excellent customer service. Fast shipping and great prices! It feels good to be treated like a valued customer in a time when that business attitude is nearly extinct. I'll continue to purchase my vape desires through Smoke City.

I was completely surprised by Smoke City, i was not expecting a store this well stocked with premium ejuice and vape goodies. I mean sure they got lots of headshop goods but we stopped by for some ejuice and were pleasantly surprised by the selection they had. Prices were fair, customer service was excellent. The place was clean and the staff was knowledgeable, what else can you ask for? Don't hesitate to stop by and check out the place. Great store fully stocked, fair prices and good people. That is 5 Stars in my book!
