Smoke City- Turlock

I unfortunately was a great fan of this store and shopped here a lot and have always had great, respectable service from all employees. Until today, when Christian, an employee I had not met before, honked at me pulling into a front parking spot for his store he is working at, proceeded to call me a bitch from his car, after I gave the spot politely to him after he honked. Then again after entering the store after me and said I should not be sitting in the middle of the parking lot, which I was not! I told him he should have more respect for the customers, especially female customers and not call them names and front parking should be held for your customers. Was a complete jerk and I hope the manager sees this, Christian! Thank you for your name! Gross and unfortunate!!

Moved to turlock recently been going there for my juice...until I started buying vapes there I bought a vapmod after 2 days stopped working took it back thqts why there receipt say NO RETURNS so I said its all good need another one so I did got home the screen was cracked just paid 40$ for this one so i jus said whatever now im noticing the battery will not take a charge!horrible business that is false advertisement selling broken stuff should not be legal..

I went in here wanting to look for another vape mod and see how the store is. I went in greeted by Amir who straight out of the gate showed great customer service. He showed me a few of their vape mods and I explained I wanted something smaller in size so it doesn't weigh much like my E-Priv. I settled on the Priv N19 and that thing produces a good amount of vapor and a solid win. Several months later, I went in got a new vape mod the GPriv 3 and again the salesperson there I don't know his name also displayed great customer service. I went with the Prism Chrome one out of the four colors they got and man that thing is solid. With some Mango Iced E-Juice solid win. Smoke City 2 is a solid vape shop that displays quality customer service.

Went here to get myself a new vape mod. Service was great, Amir helped me out, and helped me find exactly what i wanted, was a really cool person, and gave me a great deal and great price on everything i purchased. On a side note this is probably the cleanest smoke shop I've been to, and they had a huge variety of different flavors and other merchandise. Definitely recommend Smoke city over any other smoke shop in the area. Music in the shop was great as well. 5/5

Went in looking for advice on pipe tobacco, something aromatic that has good room notes that may smell good to others who don't smoke. He tried to interest me in the menthol flavor, I said no menthol so he pointed me to a product that he said was popular for tobacco pipe smokers. What I didn't know till later is that it was just plain non aromatic pipe tobacco. He tried to upsell me on the huge bag and I told him no I don't even know if I like it yet. He said well it's cheaper if I get the bigger bag but I didn't fall for the upsell. My fault was I should've done a little more research first. Don't trust someone's advice because they collect a paycheck and make a sale rather than listening to the customer and advising properly on what the customer wants. I finally found great help at Flare smoke shop on Main Street near The Poker Room by the theater. They are under new ownership there and that guy busted his ass to help me find more of what I was looking for

Stopped here to grab a few items. Store associate was helpful and knowledeable. Inside looks to have been renovated. Prices seemed reasonable. Located in a shopping plaza near Food Maxx so you can visit neighboring stores to get your other shopping in.

Dope smoke shop but hella tax opms kratom for 55$ a five pack and everywhere else 40$

I bought drip bars. Two of which had burnt coils and completely different packaging. I don't think they were official. Then I went back and the guy was cool enough to exchange the two for two others.
