I wish I had never gone with this company. Their customer service is extremely poor. Every time when I need any help, it takes me months to get their attention. They rarely reply to the text messages or emails, and they don't answer their phone calls either. My one of the solar panels is down since Feb 2020, which they spouse to be monitoring, but I found out about this panel issue in October 2020 and I called them to place my service request. After 4 months, they still haven't fixed my issue yet. I got very upset after I found out that they also misled me during the initial consultation. Slingshot sales rep convinced me to pay $3500 to bring my interest rate down, which I later came to find out that it was a total lie after I spoke with my solar lender. Please do your own research before you decide to go with this company.

I became a slingshot customer in 2015. They were awesome, always a phone call away. Until March of 2017 I found out that, they were no longer a company. And I had to start dealing with @sunpowersolar. @sunpowersolar is the worst, no one in that company knows what is going on. Everytime I call, I get bounced around between billing, technical support, and someone that knows less than the last reps. Till today May, 2018 I have no resolution to my problem from from march of 2017. I wish slingshot would of stayed with the company.

So Awesome tonight...came in for batting practice for my daughters softball league and this generous local company paid for our entire teams session. Highly recommend giving this company a try.
