Slick Fork BBQ

I'm very picky when it comes to BBQ and all I can say is that this place is pretty dam good. I have had the pleasure to work with Adam and his catering team to cater some amazing food for my company, I don't think I heard one negative thing about the food. We have gotten Tri tip, turkey, chicken, ham, sausages, vegetarian dishes and much more from Slick Fork and you can't go wrong. If you're looking for great quality food , amazing service and overall just a wonderful experience, contact them!

Excellent food with fast friendly service..Casual outdoor seating but we're a jacket in the winter because it gets cold out here in Hughson. I love the ribs and the spicy cowboy corn . Never can go wrong with the cornbread either...I llike to heat it in my airfryer for a lil crunch oon the outside.

Great good, poor customer service. On Yelp, the hours show they are open until 5pm on Sundays, and on Google, the hours show they are open until 4pm on the same day. I call at 1:56pm, telling them we're on the way and asked if they still have food, understanding sometimes they run out. The person responds, stating they are very slow at the moment, and will certainly have food available until 3:30pm. Once we arrive, just before 3pm, the blinds were closed and we we're turned away, as the person opened the door to say they're all sold out. Then a person in the back says "they should've called"! How unprofessional! You should be open when you say you're open and account for the right amount of inventory. Further, it makes so sense! If you want to grow your business, have better, more accommodating hours and operate in the spirit of excellence. Say what you mean and mean what you say. Don't gaslight your customers. Won't be coming back, unfortunately.

To be sitting at the window for a first time customer and no one to greet me or take my order just standing while talking in a kitchen and customers sitting outside waiting to be served is not ok I didn't even get a chance to try the food because no one took my order

Ordered the Chicken plate with Potato salad for the girlfriend, she really enjoyed it. I got the Brisket Mac and it was super delicious. The meat was super tender, well seasoned, smothered in bbq sauce. The Mac was cheesy and gooey. It hit the spot. The fresh onion and slices of pickles pair great with the dish. 10/10 would order again.

Absolutely amazing!! I hired Slick Fork BBQ to cater for my wedding and they did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal and the service was on point. My family has high standards for great BBQ and Slick Fork has amazing chicken and tri tip, not dry and super flavorful, cornbread was gone, and they did not skimp on the Mac and cheese. My husband and I have been to Slick Fork before and were so happy and excited to know that they catered. Would highly recommend to visit their locating and cater from them. They will not disappoint!

I got the chicken my husband got the tri-tip. Both were very good. Quite pricey, but good for an occasional treat.

Amazing brisket and cowboy corn chowder! Great sandwiches and great for parties, too.

Best real Q around. They are cooking it there not heating it out of a box. Good simple food is hard to find
