Love it here. Beautifully designed. Lots of social activities if you choose to participate. Sites are large and well situated.

The best RV park in the area! Beautifully situated within nature, quiet community, ice machine and excellent laundry facility. Take long walked through acres and acres of forest with a beautiful creek and wild flowers everywhere! You can easily get your propane filled, enjoy park activities and events almost daily and enjoy the beauty of this park! Highly recommended!

Of course the activities at this place are geared towards the elderly. It's a 55 years old and up RV park. Most if not am are retired. We've been escapees members for 5 years and finally stayed here. It is awesome. It's ran by the residents. If your a member or thinking about becoming one (which is a requirement to stay here) just checkout their website. There's a casino a few miles away with a Gas station that is 25% cheaper than your average station. Great restaurants and grocery stores within 12 miles. We really enjoyed Our relaxing visit. Can't wait to come back in warmer months.

Park of the Sierra is a escapees RV park. It's quite big with lots of permanent owners living here in 161 acres of rolling terrain. I have never been anywhere with so many friendly people in one place. There is a huge clubhouse that is open open 24 hours a day. This was our first trip here and they couldn't have been any nicer. Two gentlemen took us to our lot and guided us in. It was nice and flat and with easy hookups and it was so much nicer that I didn't have to help do it in the rain. They have a tons of activities going on daily at the clubhouse and the entire park is in a gated area. They have a dog run for your dog and it's a great area to walk your dog around too. There is also room to park your car next to your RV which isn't the case everywhere. If you don't have bathrooms in your RV the showers are extremely clean and private and located in the clubhouse for your use. There are also drinks and ice available on the honor system. We will definitely come back here again. It's a beautiful area with a ton of friendly helpful people and nice wooded lots.

What an amazing place to visit. If it were anywhere except CA we would already have our name on the list to live there permanently. The park topography is beautiful and the people who make it what it is are even more beautiful. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we pulled in - which I find nearly nonexistent at all RV parks. The activity schedule is plentiful and visitors are welcomed to any events taking place during your visit. We would definitely return if we came through the area, without hesitation.

SKP Park of the Sierras has many things going for it. There are nearby national and state parks, lakes and reservoirs, casinos and wineries. If you are into hiking the RV park itself can keep you busy. While hiking SKP Park of the Sierras, keep your eye out for our balanced rock near the dog park. What I really like and visit frequently is a public shooting range a little over 5 miles away. Sun Mountain Gun Club, 32868 Shotgun Lane, Coarsegold, CA 93614.

This is a wonderful, hidden gem nestled in the foothills of the Sierras at the 1800 foot elevation. It is a well-kept secret, as even many locals are not aware of its existence. Be sure to use the $50 coupon when you stay for your first week. But be careful, you may want to join the coop and call Park of the Sierras your home base!

I've never been here but would like to. The star rating was an oops but I can't delete it so I changed it from 1 star to 5 stars.

Beautiful Hillside Park set under a canopy of all types of trees. Clean Laundry, Quiet park. Friendly helpful staff.
