Sierra Storage

Horrible service. Two employees told my wife to come fill out paperwork, then another employee turned her away. I am a previous client and military veteran which they are familiar with and rented a parking space for almost one year. I called and spoke to Barbara, who told me they had one parking spot left. I told Barbara I work during the day and cannot drive down during business hours. She told me to have my wife come down to fill out the paperwork.When my wife arrived; and mind you - CA is a community property state - the GM, without checking ANY REGISTRATION said that my wife cannot sign the paperwork because the title is in my name. We drove 12 miles there and back at their direction, and all we got was a person who said they were the GM rudely and forcefully tell us "Sorry for your frustration." And then blame it on BARBARA - their BEST employee that consistently gets FIVE STARS. Perhaps SHE should be the GM.Make sure Barbara is there - or you may get BAD service, or someone that is not familiar with the customers lose business for their unit.

Barb was super helpful with mine and my husbands rental. She returned our phone call right away when we had an inquiry about a unit available. She was ready and available to assist us. Barbara incorporated my husbands military discount and was very thorough with the unit, fees, discounts and payments. Highly recommend!

Barbara is a great employee. I wish I'd had her working for me when I was managing. She's bright and sunny, very helpful, and a real pleasure to do business with. Her customer service is A1. Thanks, Barbara for all your help. Oh, and we made it to KY with only one issue, a blowout, but that was resolved in 1.5 hrs from first phone call.

We've had our RV stored here for years with no issues. Security is great and the staff is amazing! The lot is paved and always clean and neat. We highly recommend Sierra Storage for your RV or boat storage.

Very nice storage place. It has a security gate and the managers live on the premises, so I feel my stuff is safe there, They are very friendly!! Evelyn is a sweet heart, and I feel comfortable talking to her and we hit it off right away. I've never acquired any problems at all .. moving in was simple and so is moving out .

Horrible customer service. They are never opened! So I decided to call before going. A guy picks up and says they're opened until 6p. I tell him I'm on my way. I get to the storage and guess what?! Not opened. Sign says be back in an hour. One of the employee told me that if I write a review on yelp of the storage and take a screenshot of it, she'll deduct $10 off my rent. Well here's the review. She never said it had to be a good review.

The previous reviews for this place are ridiculously inaccurate.. the security is good here especially considering the park (more pointedly the mutants that dwell there) is a stones throw away. But management does their work well and shouldn't be expected to bend over backwards for customers that have outrageous demands/expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone.. good rates that stay low.. nothing hidden, you get what you pay for.

This place has the best prices around I have looked around trust me!! always looking for a deal!! The lady in office Darci is way nice and helpful. I will be letting all my friends and family know about this place!

The worst place to reserve a U-Haul at with unprofessional staff on the phones. Go elsewhere.

This sierra self storage doesn't go by ads online of being cheaper. Online deals where 40 dollars. Then you go in and its 75. That's bs. Then you click on there website says error. Sends you to Modesto mini storage which is not the same then you find sierra self storage north and south merced. Another error comes up. False advertising and a scam.
