Robert deserves 10 stars! We are thrilled that we found this company. When we had an issue with one of our windows, Robert promptly came out and resolved the problem. We will undoubtedly continue to utilize Sierra Glass for all of our window needs. Highly recommended. Thank you, Robert!

Sierra Glass Company provided me with customer service on steroids! I'm a landlord and had a broken window on July 5th. All local glass shops were closed for the holidays, but Robert, the owner, took my call. I meet him at his shop, and he opened up and repaired a single pane window. While it was a small job, it was huge for me to get the window back in place on a 110 degree day. I highly recommend Robert and Sierra Glass, and he's my go-to-guy going forward!

Sierra glass is amazing! They responded right away and had my window glass replaced while I waited! Truly amazing! They are very professional and they helped me unload my broken window and reload the new one. I would definitely recommend them for any glass you need!

Customer Service, which is IMPORTAN in any business is just very very poor. They came and measured my window, during the time that wasn't scheduled and wasn't home. And when I called if they have a quote for me, I was told someone would call and inform me. I called 4 times for the quote and No One ever returned my call. Even had texts messages and same answer with no response about the quote. I recommend Clovis Glass. Had 4 quotes and they were the cheapest and top touch Customer Service.

Sierra Glass is Awesome, in addition to our glass replacement needs Robert truly is very helpful in taking care of what needed to be secured in the moment by fixing door latch to Garage & adding extra screws to keep everything closed and secured shut. He also added more screws to boarded up area in front of our back door too, these were just extra needs we had to take care of right now. Robert went right to work to be very helpful with these areas too!!! Who does that these days? doing these extra tasks to be nice, kind and be helpful, thats why we say Sierra Glass is Awesome!!!Monday he will return to replace two window panes from window frame on the side of our house and window replacement needs to the back of our house facing backyard. We definitely recommend Sierra Glass for any glass you need!Elain E. & Family :)

I came to Sierra glass after going to 5 other glass companies looking for a strip of window glazing bead. I believe I talk to a guy name Rob he look back in he's shop for the bead and he had the piece I was looking for. I ask him how much and he said no charge. I believe it was a discontinued piece but he didn't charge me meant a lot to me after looking all over for the piece of glazing bead. Thank you Sierra glass. Highly recommend!

Sierra Glass is Super. From my first call to getting service, they were very kind, explained the process, scheduled me quickly, showed up early, identified other simple issues causing the main problem, did more than was asked, and were polite and courteous. Jesse and Matt were exceptional. I'm certain I would have been gouged elsewhere. Thank you everyone at Sierra Glass. You are on my short list...keep up the great service and work.

Called for an estimate to get the window repaired said they would be out on a Friday between 12 and two never showed up. I called them back couple days later and asked them if they were going to come out. They said they would be out on Monday between 12 and 130 never showed up I highly do not recommend this company, I can't believe they're still in business

Someone came & smashed my daughters window, called another glass company-soonest 10 days. Sierra Glass-half an hour!! Jessie was great, Frank ordered it, Daniel & Jessie installed. Fair price, Family run. Definitely recommend!
