Dont have to struggle with allergies/asthma if you go in and see a specialist. Im glad i got referral here. They do take MEDI-cal insurance. The office is nice and tidy the girls are nice, friendly to speak with. So far i have not experienced any negative vibes or service here. I gave 4 stars -1 cause it was torturing for me due to skin test and not being able to scratch! For 15 min!! Theres 2 parts to a skin allergy test, trust me my back was worst so i thought i show you a clip of my arm instead. I would recommend this specialist now i know im allergic to EVERYTHING!! Holy moly! Lol. .

Dr. Sidhu is great...professional, prompt and courteous...The entire office staff is rude and incompetent. I moved 10 YEARS AGO and they still are sending invoices to the wrong address (for Copay they forget to collect or collect wrong amount) . I have submitted change of address on sign in sheet on many visits, have spoken directly to staff in person who assured me the correct address was on her computer, called and changed address AND submitted one in writing through the mail. Still getting invoices to wrong address...Luckily I know the home owner at that address!! And forget getting medication refills...The Dr. will tell you to call in for refills between visits. My local pharmacy called in a refill and received no response. I called and asked for a refill, verified the medication and the pharmacy and was told I'd get a call back when it was submitted...no call back. I called again and was told I needed to be seen which It was still a couple months out from my next visit...I told them no, I'm not due yet. I was asked to make an appt. I said no, I need a refill not an appt. She said she'd leave a note for Doctor (again). That afternoon I got an email from pharmacy saying my prescription wasn't eligible for refill (too soon). They had submitted the WRONG medication. Back to square one...my local pharmacy is now waiting on a response for a refill. I am now going on 4 weeks without my allergy spray. .

Staff don't always ask for copay. You have to remind them that you need to pay the copay. Sometimes if we go on the weekend the lady in the front says she doesn't know how to do it, next thing you know all the bills stack up. I use a flex card. The girls have a hard time understanding that everything that is charged on it has to me itemize so instead of breaking it down they do one lump charge and I end up having to go in to explain to who ever is in charge that they have to breakdown the charges. The lady in charge I think she is the Dr. wife. She's rude. Dread dealing with the staff.

This clinic has the rudest staff. Not only do they not explain their procedures, they seem to expect you to know them and then treat you like you're stupid when you don't. On a scale of one through ten on customer service, it's about a negative twenty!
