I'm now afraid to cook my food with the tongs they provide. I saw this in the men's restroom. Never coming back again.

Food is mid...overpriced. Got sit to a dirty table with a dirty grill, asked the server to wipe it down for us. They responded, "that's how it suppose to be." Both locations are the same, don't even waste time here. I would rather drive to NorCal or SoCal for Korean bbq

Strong IDGAF vibes here:Been a few times before, during and after Covid. I can't recommend this joint to anyone. Almost everything is mediocre at best to include how you are welcomed, cleanliness of the restaurant, promptness and attentiveness to your table, quality of the food etc...Nothing spectacular to warrant a higher tiered meal price, but I think they did away with that and it's just one option now. $35 per adult person. Pre covid it was $20 for the bottom tier. If inflation rose 11-14% and minimum wage went from $11 to $16 (45%) then it should be about $25 now (25% price increase based on inflationary data) but it's $35, which is a 75% price increase. My 3 kids are counted as adults (they go by height of child) so the tab is $250 after tax, 20% tip, obligatory mochi for the kids and one fountain drink apiece. No alcohol. Simply not justifiable for that price and that quality.

The past reviews I saw made me a little iffy about coming here. My girlfriend wanted Korean bbq for Valentine's Day so we decided to come here. The wait was a little long but I can't blame them because it seemed like the spot to go to. Even with a full house service was great and even though it's three meats at one time, they came and asked what other meats we wanted and brought it quick. We came again on Wednesday and still had great service. Water is a dollar but is bottled and if that's dealbreaker then you probably shouldn't be eating out.

Worst Korean BBQ restaurant I've ever been to! Service was terrible as there is only 1 server for the whole restaurant. There are also no vents at the tables or air conditioning inside, so dining here was extremely miserable and uncomfortable with a grill firing away directly in front of you. When we went outside to our hot car after our meal, it didn't feel anything different than being inside the restaurant! The meats were ok, however, we sometimes couldn't find the server to take our order. Salad and sides such as banchan are self-service from a buffet table. Aside from the seaweed salad, most of their banchan or appetizer foods like japchae were bland and tasteless. They also charge $1 for a bottle of water as there is no iced water or refills on water, as well as a 4% credit card fee. They charge $35 per adult (doesn't include sodas/water/drinks) on the weekends or during dinner, and it's not worth it! Will definitely not be coming back the next time I'm in town! Go to Vegas or SoCal for better Korean BBQ experiences!!

Why is this place still in business?! First of all, they do not serve water. If you want water, you have to bottled water. The meat is low quality meats. They are stingy with more expensive meats. When you ask for chicken, then they'll give you like 5 pounds of it at a time. The play has bad ventilation. Their side dishes are not even edible. Do not waste your money on this horrible place! Do not recommend!!!

Came here for lunch today with coworkers. Not busy, not like before. I remembered pre Covid we used to have to wait. Selection is smaller, drinks and ice cream are extra. But now a days you can not beat $20 ayce lunch. Menu attached. fyi... the Fresno location all the side dishes are self served. In Clovis, you have to keep asking them to bring you refills. Can not bring outside drink and no tap water served. You have to order soft drink or bottle water. Tofu soup and steam egg are good and hot. Each table get a pancake when seated. I like the meat selection. Will come back for lunch.

It's pretty much the same as the Shila in Clovis, except with a salad bar you can walk up to.All You Can Eat KBBQ. Can't beat it. Brisket, bulgogi, kimchi, steak, it's all really great. I put a review on the other Shila in Clovis.I highly recommend this restaurant.

I just come here because it's the only KBBQ I know of in Fresno. In the beginning it was good but I feel like the quality has dropped. The last time I went the potato salad tasted like box mashed potatoes, I'm not against it, but maybe make it so it doesn't taste like it came from a box lol it would be so much better if they would have things like intestine, cheese corn, rice paper, etc. I wish it was better, I have to go out of town to satisfy my KBBQ craving. I do like that they have a small buffet like station so you can grab your own veggies and sides. The only thing you have to ask for is the proteins. Service is helpful but not always friendly. The space is big but it fits 6 per table because of the grill so if you come with a group larger than 6 you will have to get more than one table.

This review is based on our experience at the Clovis location. There were several meats to choose from but our group of 4 enjoyed the brisket, short ribs and spicy chicken. We did try other meats but they were so-so. I was not impressed by the side dishes coming out in styrofoam containers. On the plus side you could request more of each if you liked. The restaurant does have a policy of charging extra if you order more meat and don't use it so plan accordingly in your order. Overall, I thought it was overpriced at $35 for adults. Perhaps if the pricing was based upon what you ordered vs a lump price, it might be more reasonable. A couple in our party ordered more meat later in the sitting to feel like they got their moneys worth. I've only been to 3 other Korean BBQ restaurants, but if this was my first experience I might not try it again.
