So I'm looking for someone to print some artwork on my shirts for a race me and my workout team were going to do, so I do a search for silk screening on Facebook and I get this guy who showed up at the top of my search. I start to communicate with him and tells me he can do the logo and what I need. I had a certain # of shirts but he said he needed more for a minimum order and wanted half of the $$$ up front. So I get more shirts, I sent him the art work and had the cash he wanted. Once I told him I had what he needed, he ceased all communication with me! I know he saw my messages about meeting somewhere but that's as far as it got. Then I did another search on Google and one company in Fresno came up and I sent them a message thru Yelp and I got no response. The next day I sent a message to Sew Simple Graphics. I got a response from Greg and told him what I needed. He didn't need a minimum shirt order, didn't need $$$ up front, I just gave him the shirts and the art work and to work he went! He kept me in the loop the whole time and send me snap shots of the shirts as he went along. Greg's communication with me was huge! That is great customer service there! Shirts were a hit! And he got them to me just in time before the race and he did it all for less than the half of the $$$ the original guy was asking for!! I think we were the sharpest looking team at the race! Now Greg is getting all my business! I have a life insurance business and I need someone who's gonna do my flyers, business cards, banners, etc...and also for my friends. I'm also gonna give him some hoodies, tank tops, zip-up sweaters, maybe some sweatpants with our logo on it. That guy lost out on a lot of business from me. Oh well.... Greg came thru when others wouldn't. I highly recommend Greg and Sew Simple Graphics! He's a down to earth person and a genuinely all around nice guy! You should give him a try. You won't be disappointed!
