There was no quality in their work or communication. They are shady, and I can't let them into my house again. They will tell you one thing, and then you'll find out it's not true. They make many promises, but the reality is completely different. I am filing a lawsuit for what they have done to us.the work is done but the mold still there

If I could give a zero I would. It seems as though the owner of this company made a fake account and started posted fake and negative reviews on competing companies, while shouting out his own in a couple. He even left a review meant for another company with the wrong name on it as well. Pictures for proof. Also the reviews all came at the same time. It's a shame that a company would go to shut depths. Shame.

During a disaster, you want people to do what they say they're going to do, when they promised. This company came through with flying colors. What could have been a very long process, they kept everything going so I could return to normal as fast as possible. They kept good communication with me all through the process. Their technicians and office staff were professional and personable. I would recommend them highly.

Have a shag carpet and was a little scared on who to get, so decided to try Service Master and they did a great job! Its clean and soft, they said if I had any problems afterward to give them a call and they would come back. So far its great!!!Alice M

It is difficult to write a review on a company you did not work with. I called Service Master by Benevento three times over a one week period. Twice I left a message with the answering service and once on a voice message machine. Never heard back.

This company "repaired" a leak in my roof 3 years ago. Then when we finally got rain this year, it was still leaking only worse. I called them and they "repaired" it again. There was a new leak on another part of my roof and I got a new roofer. While he was up there, he said the felt that Service Master put down was corroding. He looked underneath and found the plywood underneath was rotted out. Service Master did not replace the plywood which was needed to do a proper repair. This company is horrible. I'm a single woman and I think they figured I'd never know the truth. Truth is the new roofer fixed their garbage repair and did it right. I would NEVER recommend them for anything! I notified my insurance adjuster and sent pictures with proof.

we have had this place clean our carpets twice and both times we had to have them come back and redo it they left a lot of the cleaner in the carpet which left the carpet very clean. This year I will try someone else unfortunately with the area we live in there is not a lot of businesses like this to choose from I hope that they will improve their service and we may try them again

i dont usually ever require services like these but this Company was great, they were quick . The two guys that came in , did their job and were really nice about it. They informed us about what was needed and what i also liked was that they spoke Spanish as well since my mom doesn't speak Spanish. overall service was great , definitely recommend when looking into these type of companies!! 10/10

Our Homeowners Insurance company located in the eastern part of the country contracts with Service Master by Benevento for Water Extraction services. Claim representative advised us to call them to get the water from a flood out of our house as quickly as possible. Called right away and response team arrived within 2 hours (company offices about an hour away). Water was sucked out of several rooms and fans installed to further dry out walls and floor, and prevent mold formations, etc. Process continued for about 5 days till thoroughly dry. Fans were very loud, but there were almost 20 of them to cover all water damaged areas! Office personnel were courteous and helpful on the phone and responsive in person.

The WORST service ever. Please DO NOT ever use their service. We have an empty house which needs to be cleaned and we agreed to the charge of $400. At the end they charged us $800 saying that the charge was double because they sent two persons over. They did nothing but wiped off the counter top. They did not even clean the floor. Not even turn the house fan off when they left. You will REGRET if you use their service. Trust me. I don't usually write review. In fact this is my first time writing review. I just don't want anyone out there making the same mistake I did.
