Other than the offensive F-bomb rap music, this place has just about everything you'd want. The help was good but he wouldn't let me take his picture and I forgot his name...I was also asked not to take any pictures of the glass stuff. Guess it's top secret. I hadn't been in one of these places for 30 years and other than the music, it kinda brought back some memories. I came here to get some CBD and did. I didn't ask for much information because I'd read about it. And despite what I read and was told, I do actually feel high on it... IF, as reported, there's no THC in it, there must be something else because I definitely feel a subtle high and am sleepy. That's okay, I guess. I wanted to try it instead of using ibuprofen. For the few times a year I want to take something like that, I thought I'd try this. I am, thankfully, not in chronic pain (just pathetic, chronic, HUNGER!).So, one pill does not an experience make and I will take many months to decide how I feel about all the CBD hype. My 83 years old mom had stopped in a week earlier and is using it to help with her level 10 chronic pain. It's only been a few days and she is reporting a tremendous difference. So, although cautious and a bit skeptical, I'm hoping!The shop is large with lots of elbow room. It's attractive and well laid out. It's only been open a couple of weeks and will be having a Grand Opening soon. They're located on the corner of Bullard and First, between Rite Aid and Pacific Island Market. For those of you who like offensive F-bomb rap music, you'll likely want to give them max stars. I took one off because I felt offended and like the music should have been more neutral and less nitche. First impressions count and that music didn't create a good one.I hope that CBD might help a great many folks in chronic pain who want to reduce harmful pain meds and get relief without feeling high.It's an unregulated industry and I don't believe everything I hear from the folks behind the counter and the industry. There is a complete lack of skepticism and of course they're pushing product.-G

Terrible smoke shop rude af don't know anything about customer service or being polite. The storefront really caught my eye but after one visit I was sure it would be my last. So many better smoke shops to choose from that won't rip you off and MAKE RUDE COMMENTS TOWARDS YOU. Stay clear away

I would stay away from this place. Seems intriguing with the 50% off sign but don't be fooled. Bought two SMALL water bongs priced at $99 each. Then was rewarded 50% off of that, mind you which is still expensive for the size of the bongs. I understand refunds and exchanges are not accepted at places like this, but if the product does not work like it is supposed to and we are told it's the owners rule nothing can be done is a bit confusing. I'm normally a big supporter of businesses like this but I'd go elsewhere

These dudes are solid as fuck every time I come in they got good energy and they're stocked up with the best stuff in the valley imo Carlos and Zach are the best man make sure y'all come check em out

I would be Cautious with this place. They're online gambling does not check out. It's hard to cash out when you win and they have something shady going on with all their logins were switching accounts and they sell weed out of the shop Which is very close to an elementary school

Everything is overpriced. They mark up their prices & throw up a 50% off sign. Go somewhere else, even their backwoods were stale.

Horrible customer service , rude staff .Very disappointed. The guy work there get annoyed if you ask questions .

So I'm was sitting outside of the store for 20 min now bc the sign says they'll be back in 15 . I have literally 1000 bucks in my pocket to spend and these dudes decide to take a break, smh!! Think I'll go over to tower smoke and spend my rack. Dummies. Ok so I decided to give them a shot and went in. I was looking for a Carta Focus V or puffco Peak and when I asked to guy at the counter for a small discount , I was told," you could pay the sticker price plus tax," he said very rudely. I immediately said thank you and excused myself from that store and I will NEVER return. In fact I decided to purchase the Puffco Peak and the Carta Focus V electronic dab rigs at Tower Smokeshop in Clovis both that very same day and I'm very pleased that I was given a small discount on some accessories, now that's customer service.

I came in earlier today and the guy behind the counters name was Christian he really seemed like he didn't want anyone in there I asked him about a few products and even spend about 63 dollars in there and it seemed like he had an attitude with the people I was with dont really understand why he doesn't like his job its a chill spot but this is the 2nd time I've had a problem with this guy and thats not how you run a business I own a small business myself and would never handle a customer in the way he did. Might not come in this place again if he's working there.

Chris was super rude and not very willing to help. I'll shop elsewhere from now on for smoke supplies
