Let's start off with they take over an hour to see their patients , when they do finally see you it's a 5 minute visit. Dr. Meryl S. Livermore, MD was very disrespectfully today during my visit. I'm almost positive it's not ok for a doctor or anyone to slam their hands on the counter desk in front of their patient as they scream while standing in front of patient. The whole time I've visited here I've shared the pain in my thumb and wrist. Tell me why they've only focused on the pain in my wrist even though they past several months they've given me shots for my thumb pain. But I'm in the wrong because she never listened to my complaints. But of course did they note it?! Nooo they didn't. So now she's canceled my surgery for July 21st and I haven't had any shots on my hands since May. The pain is unbearable and do they care?? Nope they don't!! Instead I'm the patient that overreacted. I'm the one suffering still because SHE DISRESPECTED me. I wouldn't go here.

This place is terrible. Make sure you've got all day scheduled for any appointments here. Waiting room expect to be there for at least 2 hours. Another hour wait once you're in the room. Also don't expect them to send over any recommendations or prescriptions for at least two weeks. Awful.

This group of people are of the lowest class possible. I already had an orthopedic dr. Through a miscommunication I though I was at their office to have an MRI done on my knee for orthopedist. As I waited in the lobby I started to doubt that MRIs were performed there. I was called back into a room and when Dr Frances Anne A White came in the first thing I said was that I'm there to have an MRI done, she immediately told me they don't do MRIs there. I told her I already had an orthopedic dr and we agreed there was nothing to have done and I left, she didn't examine any part of me and I though that was the end of it. But no, it turns out they want to bill be first $1,300 then instead $370 for telling me they didn't provide the service I was asking for. I called about the bill and dr Frances anne A White agreed she did nothing for me. But their billing department said that because I talked to the Dr, the bill was still due. I asked the girl if the human person in her told her that this was the right thing to do. If you are planning to go here realize that doing the right think is not their priority. Their priority is the money. If you've already been a patient, you need to ask yourself if that surgery or procedure they did and billed for was really needed or it was to cash in on your insurance or even you and your situation. Looking back I remember that these people didn't even tell me that my insurance would not pay them. Stay away from these low caliber medical facilities if you know what is good for you.

All I have to say is that the staff is very unknowledgeable especially the doctors. Did not even once look at my daughters x-rays because they felt like they did not need to.

This place is ridiculous. They leave the doors open when they see the patients so I heard all of the conversation of the lady next door and her scheduled surgery. I am sure everyone in their rooms heard my conversation as well. The Dr. did not once physically look at my finger or touch it. All he told me was what my x-ray and MRI reports said, which I already knew. Told me to take Advil and come back in a month. No steroid shot, no finger brace or suggestions. After seeing he charged $700 for that one less than 10-minute visit, I am not going back.

If I can leave ZERO stars I would, this place is horrible at scheduling, you will sit and wait for hours, and the staff does not make it any better. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If you can seek services elsewhere please do so. I literally waiting 2 hours for a pre-op appointment. In addition, I had to call the day before scheduled surgery ONLY to be told they are postponing it for another week because they did not submit the paperwork on time. Just unprofessional, so unorganized, I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is my first time at this facility. The staff is not accommodating to your needs. They look and respond as if you did something wrong for asking a question so you can understand the process. Also, the staff did not return my phone calls.

I went to this clinic for a cyst in my ring finger and it has started to cause my other fingers to become disfigured also. This is very painful and my fingers don't close. I Have had many hand surgeries in the past so I have been through the procedures, this place has no clue what to do with a bad hand!!! They don't follow through with patient, or their approvals to get attention, they don't have any idea how to run an office but to collect money! They don't know how to schedule CT SCANS, MRI or the difference between them!! This is very scary to me! Please if you have the opportunity to get a different opinion GO! Don't stop here!! I only have one other thing to add and that is, they are not very personable people, the staff is rude and the Dr has no personable skills! She gives off bad vibes and treats you like you are lower than her! I'm sorry but she isn't the only educated person on this planet! I give this place a -10
