Not good at all. Wants to hurry up and get you into an operation table, my operation failed. my hand is worse than it was before the operation.

If you have any control over your choice in doctors, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This is my second review of this place, both 1 star. I literally had to get a refund on my co-pay and walk out because they were an hour and a half late for my 7 AM appointment. 7 AM! There is no way anybody is backed up with patients at 7am. There were no emergencies this morning. I was the third person in the waiting room this morning, the third person called back into the exam rooms and I was still never seen. I had a 7am appointment and at 8:30 I got a refund on my copay and left. Waiting an hour and half is completely unprofessional. This office has absolutely no regard for the personal and professional lives of their constituents. I work hard for a living and have to take time off work to sit in this office and get told "sorry, we're overbooked". This is the third and final time I've had to wait over an hour, the last time it was TWO hours before I was seen. I could have driven to Fresno and back to see another specialist in the amount it takes to be seen by Dr. Liu. If he's that over booked then he needs to stop taking new patients and the gals up front need to book further out. There's no excuse for this behavior.

The office is run incompetently, no regard for you whatsoever. I have showed up and waited for hours and left without services, rescheduled then cancelled again had to get referred somewhere else having to start over for my shoulder huge delay. My knee surgery was canceled the day before surgery after driving 40min to do my preop and registration because of a note on my surgery clearance that no one bothered to look at until the day before surgery. The surgery was rescheduled a week later messing up all the planning for help I had put in place. When I left the hospital and went to pick up my medication, it had not been authorized. Just left the hospital from hospital, and they did not obtain authorization for my medication so I talked the pharmacy into letting me pay out of pocket because the office was closed, probably wouldn't have done their jobs any way smh. Three days after knee replacement surgery I heard a very loud pop with excruciating pain (it was saturday) I called on Monday asked if I could leave a message for the doctor they said they don't do that, I asked for an appt they scheduled me for Friday (a week after the incident) made me wait 45min in excruciating pain then told me they made a scheduling mistake and couldn't see me, I walked out frustrated. My therapist called their office they never returned her call. Now they are stressing me to come back to cover their butts because I should've been seen already for post op visit but the trust has been broken, very broken. If you have another option I wouldn't choose this facility.

When you go up to front desk two girls just looked at me no good morning, or we'll be with you shortly. So there I was waiting. This is my fourth time to this place. The appointments are way off. I had to get the day off 'cause last time I waited 3 hours for a 5 min sit down. They are all about the numbers here not the patients. When they leave the room they talk about the patient thinkjng we can't hear . Like these walls ain't sound proof darlings. No matter how low you whisper it could be heard. I just want my pain to be gone. I dont want to sit here 2-3 hours from my appointment time. Get it together!

An update to my earlier review concerning this medical office.I received a call from them after I complained of the previous way my appointments and need for followups were handled. They were very apologetic, which was appreciated, and made new appointments for me for xray and to be seen by another of their orthopedists, both of which were my prior complaints when nothing was offered in this regard.This time my appointment lasted less than an hour, compared to the three hours per visit before. Dr. Tien, who I had seen once before, was timely and answered all my questions, even in regard to another injury. If you are able when visiting this office, do ask to see Dr. Tien.I am quite happy with the way this new round turned out. It's unfortunate the office didn't run as smoothly as before. I do hope they learned from this experience and will keep up the with the timeliness and professionalism, which I was assured their staff would be retrained about.I gave only four stars this time around, only because the prior visits can't be ignored no matter how great subsequent visits turn out.

Rude service, doctor was not helpful. Felt like a bother to explain what my possible surgery options were. Safe to say went elsewhere.
