SEPHORA at Kohl's

The employees at this Sephora are so rude. I go every so often for my faves and everytime I've been there the employees look miserable and have horrible attitudes.

Went in with my daughter, no one acknowledged us. There were about 3 to 4 workers and they were all busy stocking and throwing out the trash. We were in there for about 20 minutes and left. I wish the customer service was better I really needed some make up advice.

The costumer service here is amazing and quick, I have been here multiple times and haven't had a bad experience. It's also usually easy for me to get an employee's attention and help. Definitely will continue to come here

Went there yesterday for the 3rd time since they moved from Penney's. No one is available to help you with any questions on products. They are just cashiers. Will need to try ultra beauty.
