Senor Aji Peruvian Food Truck

I've been wanting to go to their restaurant but haven't had the opportunity to. Luckily we saw their food truck at Farmer's Market Riverpark and I was just too excited to try. We ordered the Lomo Saltado it came with beef, fries, rice, onions and tomato. And an order of empanadas one chicken and one beef. Wait about less than 10 mins for our orders. The empanadas were fresh and hot the crust was nice and flakey it was a different shell from other empanadas I've had and they were so delicious. The lomo saltado was a nice large portion. The beef was cooked well but I wished there were more portion of it. I felt this dish was overwhelmingly full of onions and tomatoes. I enjoyed the soy sauce based flavor. It was different with the fries and I was worried it was going to be strange but this dish oddly went well together and it was very tasty. Loved how flavorful and soft their white rice was. I could have eaten it by itself.Overall the food was delicious it had so much mouth watering flavors. The customer service was also great. Can't wait to go to their restaurant.

Stumbled upon this truck during one of Tioga's events. Never had Peruvian food, but it was a more adventurous find than your typical tacos or sliders options.We ordered the beef saltado, which came with a side of rice. Rice was a little on the dry side, but it paired well with their soy sauce stir fry. Onions and tomatoes were fresh and nicely cooked.

Great tasting food. Place is small, but the food is worth the wait. You have to try at least once. Drink are also traffic! Too bad there is only one of these restaurants.
