Senior Helpers

This company does not train the care takers that come out. When asked if they know what to do if a client falls they say no. When asked if they know how to cook a sunny side up egg they don't. When asked if they know how to bath a person outside a shower they don't. Many have just started. A lot of times they don't show up with no call from company. Hard to contact office on weekends or after hours for clients and workers.
