Scotty's Donuts

I'm going to be honest, I've been a frequent customer for this donut shop for 12+ years and I've seen many workers come and go there. They have always had good customer service. The food was always consistent, but recently I noticed that the prices increased twice this year(inflation and payroll most definitely was a factor) but the quality has decreased significantly. I was surprised I paid 5.25 for a jalapeño cheese and ham croissant. Quite frankly k wouldn't mind d spending the money if the quality was there. But 5.25 for a non flaky generic unflavored croissant with one slice of Costco ham with an exact tablespoon of cream cheese and 3 slices of jalapeño can not justify that price point. To be completely honest I know that it's something that you treat yourself to every now and then. But I feel like I'd rather drive to the Mary's vineyard shopping center for their croissants. It's about the same price but it's no where near the same quality. Besides that point all the older Mexican dudes are happy chillen and drinking their 3.50 coffees outside on the bench. Its parking is not bad (off the street/ to the side) they do have a really good Vietnamese coffee. Always get the XL but anything else I'll probably have to pass.

Let's do the points shall we? Donuts +1 : They were soft, not overly sweet or oily tasting. I will definitely be backDrive Thru +1: YES!Location -.05 : You can't miss the location! It's right off of the road, but the need to find another way to have people come through drive through b/c it can be dangerous if someone isn't paying attention. Ambiance: +1 Scotty's gives the "corner store" vibe. They sell more than Donuts. Chips, Coffee, even Boba. Price: +1 Affordable. I have no regrets. Professionalism: +1 The young lady who helped me was so cute in demeanor and polite. I will be back to support the business. Do I recommend? Yes! Would I return? Yes!

Best donuts a little pricey but worth it. service is quick and friendly. Parking is adequate at the noble establishment

I typically go to Doughboy's which is across the street, but I wanted to give Scotty's a try. You have the option to park and walk up to the window to order or go through the drive thru. They have a bench where you can sit and enjoy your donut, but it's outdoors with no overhead covering. PARKING: Free in the lot it's located. DRIVE-THRU: They have a drive through window to the right of the building if you're looking it on Houston. Only two cars can wait in line or else you're blocking the main road. Service is pretty quick. BLUEBERRY OLD FASHION: One of my go to orders at every donut shop and really sad to say I didn't like Scotty's version. It tasted like it's been old, like a few days old. VANILLA FROSTED SPRINKLES: This was just okay for me.

It's hard to find a great old fashioned donut. But these guys got it down! Nice and crispy with enough topping to keep it from being dry. And dense. Well done!

Between the wife and I we have been craving donuts a couple weekends in a row. Yelp don't judge. This location has a drive up and walk up window. Really good donuts. We really like their old fashioned buttermilk ones. They have a blueberry one that's good. This is our go to location so I can't vouch for their other ones but this one has good donuts and friendly staff.

They have the best donuts in town . Make sure your aren't running late they are alway packed and the line is always holding up the actual street line the place is pretty small

This incident happened months ago. I ordered a jalapeño cheese croissant and was surprised they had it available that early since they usually don't , The guy handed me the bag with the croissant inside and it was almost solid, they sold me an old croissant by the time I realized it I was too lazy to come back and I didn't want to come back when they clearly did me dirty. I felt if came back they would have disregarded my observation and claimed I was trying to score some free donuts or my money back. I won't be back , I hope everyone has good experience nonetheless but be weary of the lengths these people will to make a buck or two

Service was amazing we ordered 4 Thai ice and came out to 25 and they also gave use 2 free donuts both of the ladies were super nice and positive I highly recommend to make this your donut spot

Love it here. Their donuts are amazing! Service is immaculate, they're so nice. I love their Iced Thai Tea, highly recommend.
