Always a good experience here. I'm usually not kept waiting like in other doctor's offices. Teen dandruff? Fixed. Acne? Fixed. Mysterious rash? They recognize it and will get it fixed!

My son was treated at Boswell a few years ago for his acne. So I already had a good experience with the team but I had been self diagnosing my dermatitis as eczema for the past few years but never properly diagnosed. While on vacation last week, I broke out with a really bad sun rash and thought it was just an eczema flare up. It is not the first time this severe of a flare up has happened to me while on vacation. As with previous flare ups like this, I was seen by a GP that gave me an oral steroid which stopped the itching but the rash still hasn't cleared completely. I suspected it was PMLE (polymorphous light eruption) and was seen by Jordan today that confirmed it. It's nice to know what I am dealing with so I can better understand and take preventive measures. Jordan was great, the office staff were nice and I was seen on time.

Dr Boswell is one of the nicest Drs I have ever met. He's very knowledgeable and patient. Never makes you feel rushed and really listens to you. I also see Jessica and she's wonderful as well. She does a great job with Botox. Very clean and professional office.

Your staff really needs to learn how to use their people skills .!!!! The reception is a rude unpleasant person. I'm an elderly drove 53 miles to my appointment to get turned away from seeing me because I forgot my insurance card!!!! The next person comes in being a man and welcomes him in and no questions asked about him forgetting his ID and insurance ? Just annoyed with unconsidered people because we all are going to get old so please have the descent to be polite to people Share Kindness

Last time I saw a dermatologist, probably 15 years ago, I wasn't that happy. This was a different dermatologist, NOT Dr Boswell. A friend highly recommended Dr Boswell's dermatology office about a 8 months ago. The office staff, from the time I called for an appointment, to checking in for my appointment, were all very helpful and welcoming. My Appointment was with NP, Jessica. After checking everything out, Jessica, offered for Dr Boswell to stop in and take a look. I really appreciated that!Dr Boswell and NP, Jessica are both very warm and professional, explaining everything very thoroughly and making sure you understand. Wasn't rushed at all. I went in again, a couple weeks ago. Another great experience from everyone. So happy to have found a great dermatologist! My husband also started going here. He's very happy with Boswell Dermatology too. But he doesn't leave reviews, so you'll have to trust me!

Bought a microneedling special , 3 for the price of 2. They told me I had a year to use them. However when I went to redeem the third one they said it was only 6 months after all. They also wouldn't refund the 100 deposit they were supposed to give back after I completed the third service.

What a great doctor ! I have only seen him twice but I was quite impressed! I highly recommend this office. Staff are friendly too. It's a much busier office than what I am used to as my other doctor retired. It's quite a ways from my home as well but worth the drive.

Place is nice, clean. The two separate receptionists I saw had zero personality, not friendly in the SLIGHTEST, they appear to think their looks will make up for it but...not quite the case unfortunately. One was having a snack at the desk as I was checking out, I guess I interrupted feeding time, she was annoyed bc as a first time patient there I didn't know that it was the OTHER DESK. Duh. Anyways, The doctor or NP was very pleasant. Luckily I'll only have to come back 1x/year.

I love Dr. Boswell's office. The staff is always very nice. And they always know how to take care of their wrestlers skin.
