I was getting Chiropractic services here and I will say I was taken care of. The quality of care was very professional and informal. The office was clean and quiet. You are greeted by a very nice staff and they welcome you every time. The check-in process was fast and simple. At the same time, it was very detailed to ensure you are identifying what is going on. I used to see another chiropractor who I thought was amazing but his office hours became very limited and it just didn't workout with my schedule so I was talking to a co-worker who referred me to Dr. Brazil. I started coming here back in Aug 2023. Initially made an inquiry to request a schedule with Dr. Brazil I received a callback and they were very flexible with the form of communication. I was able to text them for scheduling and all my questions were also promptly answered. They get pretty busy so scheduling can be a bit limited but do able. They also accept certain insurances and they provided a detailed explanation of my benefits, billing, deductible etc... if you don't have insurance they will give you the cost of your oop expense. My first appointment, I was given an iPad which asked an abundance of questions about my past/present health, medical conditions and problem areas. I was called in shortly after. Dr. Brazil went over my documents and talked about my problems areas, she made some adjustments and really focused on the areas I complained about the most. She gave recommendations on how to stretch my problems areas out and also sent me some exercising tips. She was so easy to talk to and very down to earth. After each adjustment I felt great and my problem areas slowly improved. Didn't have any issues again until recently since being pregnant again everything just hurts and I'm just so uncomfortable and in pain so I decided to make another appointment. I was sad to hear she had left to take over another practice out of town. I was reading through the list of providers and I saw that Dr. Torrey Schroeder specializes in maternity so I had asked if she was taking new patients and if I could schedule with her. I was told they would get back to me and provided me with other doctors who were available with the soonest time. But I told them I would wait for Dr. Torrey Schroeder's response. Almost a month after my inquiry I received a call that she has an opening and it was a first call first served so I immediately jumped on that opportunity. The day of my appointment checked in per usual. She called me back and we went over my medical history and current area problems. She explained everything she was going to do and walked me through it. She was really sweet and was able to help me elevate the pain on my neck, shoulders and back. I felt like a new person. I was also able to schedule an appointment every 2-3 until my expected delivery date which was amazing and just takes the stress off of having to wait to see if she has a last minute opening. Overall I've had a great experience here, the staff is friendly and the facility is clean.

I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Nick for persistent ankle pain following surgery two years ago. As I was preparing for a second procedure, Dr. Nick's expertise and the use of shockwave therapy allowed me to avoid another surgery. Thanks to his care, I am now back to running. Thank you, Dr. Nick!

This was my first time at this place. Since I was a new patient, I called ahead and made an appointment, and then texted them my insurance information.Once I was at the office I came in 15 minutes early to fill out a form on the iPad to check in which I asked various questions about what I needed and what I did for work etc. etc.I met with Dr. Nick Borovski and he went through my information and asked a few questions. Then he assessed by back and shoulders, the parts that were bothering me. Then he did the usual chiropractic adjustments while I was facing down on the bench. He cracked a few spots and instantly I felt pretty loose. He pinpointed the areas where I needed the adjustments and explained where and why he did so.He also had me walk around the table to see how the adjustment went and I could feel already that I was loosey-goosey.Dr. Nick was full of information and has a lot to say really quickly as he is a very fast talker not sure if it's because he had coffee or if he is just that way. It was a lot to take in as far as information but I was able to follow along.He then did an explanation of what I needed to do which was to do an ice pack for 15 minutes on certain parts of my back then rest for an hour after that. Then do 2 to 4 cups of Epson salt in a hot bath. He says he's soaks in that for an hour. I asked him about working out and he said to do it after a chiropractic session. If you do it before hand I would be more tight.I made an appointment for the following week to see how my progresses on my neck any.

Beyond thankful for Dr. Nick not only has movement returned to areas of my back, but after 10 years of stuck hips tears of joy when the hips finally released. The recommendations put my enter my spine, hips, and joints exactly where they needed to be. Forever grateful for the staff & Dr. Nick

Have been going here for chiropractic care for over ten years! I started with Torrey's father and have been seeing Torrey regularly since she took over. This is the best place to go to for chiropractic care, hands down. Treatment plans go beyond the adjustments, and you can tell there is so much care. Torrey has helped me so much over the years and I've also enjoyed my visit with Brock and others. Thank you for being so awesome! :)

I rolled the dice and went with the first chiropractor that popped up on Yelp and I don't regret it at all . I've been dealing with hip, lower and mid back pain for years now and I never thought I'd find someone who'd actually make a difference after the second visit. If you're any current victim (cough) patient at Blackstone chiropractic and you're looking for a chiropractor with integrity and honesty and you're ready for real results then seek no more and set up an appointment with Dr. nick .

My experience at this chiropractic center has been amazing! The staff is always kind and welcoming! Signing in is smooth and easy even the first time you visit. I have been seeing Dr. Brazil who is absolutely amazing. I started seeing her because of issues in my back and now she is the only chiropractor that I trust to adjust me. She always explains what she is doing and why my body is hurting the way that it is. She's always so helpful and even provides stretches to do between sessions that have helped tremendously. She has suggested using laser two times since seeing her and both helped my recovering a ton. I went in when I jammed or possibly broken toe. I was in so much pain I could barely walk but the laser made the pain disappear in the next day! The inflammation and swelling went down so much after using the laser on my toe. It has also been used on my neck when I was so tense nothing was helping. It helped me be able to move my head around again! Dr. Brazil is amazing and I highly recommend seeing her if you are looking for a chiropractor!

I visited the center for the first time yesterday. The office staff was helpful and professional. My insurance and personal information was all completed online so before I arrived I knew exactly what coverage would be provided and was immediately ready to be seen. A truly unique medical experience for me.The problem is with the care I received. I went in for lower back pain caused by two bulging discs. I told the provider up front that I didn't have any cartilage left in my right shoulder. Zero. As a result of the procedure, my right shoulder was so inflamed and painful last night that I was unable to use lift my right hand to shampoo in the shower. Neither was I able to get to the gym this morning. I cancelled my appointment for next week, and made an appointment with a different provider.
