Sas Shoes

Great shoes bad service the workers there seem to care more about their own conversations with each other than showing quality customers service. They need to hire workers that want to sell shoes and be friendlier maybe even a thanks for coming to see us from them would move mountains. You're better off just buying online. Better prices and more opportunities to save. Way better to just get things dropped off at the front door these days.

My 300th review!!! Fitting it should be for a great visit to this SAS shoe store :) Shoes are not something I like spending money on (some shoe shopaholics will faint at this lol). However, I have wide flat feet/no arch and as I've gotten older my cheap shoes are killing my knees. SAS to the rescue. This is not a large store, the styles and sizes are limited. But they still had a few options for my double wide size 10 (no easy feat haha)!! As soon as a entered, a saleswoman asked if she could help with anything. I told her what I was looking for and she set out to find me some shoes. At first I was a little annoyed she took over and didn't just leave me to look around for my size. No, she didn't because she's a professional. She rounded up some shoes for me, sat me down and put each pair on my foot, describing what to look for in the feet and being honest and no nonsense about shoes that were not a good fit for me. I did finally settle on some sandals - I've never spent $170 on a pair of sandals but I love them, they are comfortable, my toes are not being squeezed together and my foot isn't spilling over the side. I had such a good experience here, highly recommend!!!

This was not my first visit to SAS, my return was that I had such great wear with past purchases I had to return.

Came here for some quality shoes that I've used been using working 12 hour days. My shoe fitting expert, Annelie helped with sizing, fitting and selection. The shoes are made in the US and you can expect good quality. Shoe sizes come in different widths to accommodate your type of feet as well as different lengths. Excellent customer service along with shoe selection. Covid precautions still in effect as well.

This store has no customer service.The website says close at 6pm. I was there at 550pm. The door was locked, and the employee just stared at me. In 3 min, I could have grabbed some size 11s of the shelf, paid cash and been out of there. Now I will spend ten minutes letting you know this store sucks. Avoid it, as they do not deserve to be in business.

Went with my mom to help her find shoes. She is always on her feet and needs a support. They were adamant about customers not grabbing boxes off the shelves. We had Myra help my mom and after trying on three different shoes. Myra said " this is the best cushion we have, if you don't like it we can't help you." I was appalled by their comments, it's not very kind to talk to your customers that way. We're never going back.

I've been here several times. They always are quick to greet me but don't hover. They always measure my feet. Your feet really can change in 6 months.I'm pleased with the shoe quality and the customer service.

Amazing customer service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We purchased several pairs of shoes for my mother in law. Unfortunately, the size and style did not work for her foot condition. The return process was simple and the employee was completely understanding. I will definitely return to consider a personal purchase.

Wow.. it's been 10 years since I've treated myself to a pair of SAS.. and was looking forward to going, saw the reviews that if the shoes don't fit, can't return them, and : why would an SAS shoe HURT your feet in the first place?Sorry, will keep shopping at Macy's, and also not deal with the attitude.. depending on the day at SAS. Appreciate your reviews, it saves us a LOT of money and frustration.

Great people who know what they're doing! SAS shoes are some of the finest on earth! Been going there for years and will continue to go there for years!!
