I was very happy with my appointment! She greeted me before I even came in the door! She also does confirm with you a few days before your appointment as well, which I thought was thoughtful. At the time of scheduling, I couldn't find a time that fit well with Sarah, but she was kind enough to bare with me and make things work! If you have a picture of what you want she really can achieve the results of it for you! I'm really impressed. It was my first time getting my hair professionally done and I would definitely go again. I loved the experience. She would constantly ask if I was comfortable and really make sure she was doing exactly the style I wanted, which I appreciated it. The salon was quite cute! It was very clean and organized. Sarah also kindly answered any and all of the questions I had. Especially about hair products to use and the aftercare! Also after whole coloring process was done, she was nice enough to style my hair too (she even taught me how to curl my hair with a hair straightener!). I honestly thought it was be awkward especially when you're just sitting there the whole time, but it wasn't. She's very positive and always finds things to talk about which luckily makes things less awkward! The whole process didn't take long at all, for me it took around 2-3 hours. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and would recommend her to anyone who is hesitant on getting their hair done!

Went in to try and get a miracle on my hair after it was severely damaged and Sarah did wonders she color fixed my hair cut it and made it look like a totally different hair I love it thank you Sarah ! We'll be returning
