Communication. When you are working in insurance, communication is key. If a client is stuck on the roadway in rush hour traffic in Stockton and not only does the agent not answer their phone but leaves no instructions for the roadside service, well you get it.This is just one example of the lack of service I along with my 18 year old daughter experienced with Mrs. Sordi. Shoot forward a few months and suddenly the new insurance takes 3 times the monthly charge in one swipe. If you tell a client " I'll call you in a few days" when they reach out to you and it turns into 6 days and $$ still not returned? The rates were great! No doubt. BUT when your clients rely on you for help and service and your communication is about as effective as making smoke signs using fire, ya you get it. Lastly, when the client ( ya me) tells you I no longer need your services, cancel my insurance and all you do is say okay and not even offer to try and fix the problem, well you feel like one the misfit toys. Oh ya, because I was forced to call my bank and report fraud charges and stop the payment, I found even better insurance through Costco. Ameriprise not only beat Mrs. Sordi , they actually communicate with you and call you back in the same hour!

Good luck trying to get her to communicate with you on your bill. I have emailed her numerous times asking for an explanation of why my policy nearly doubled and all she can send me back are one-line answers and snarky "Your policy is this amount, divide it by 12 months and that's why". It is like pulling teeth to get help. Once that I told her I was canceling my overpriced policy and asked for clarification on a few things, she acted like it physically pained her to acknowledge me. Classy.On the flip side, when I had previously asked for coverage options, she sent me back forms to sign without offering alternative amounts of coverage or asking me any questions. Anywhere else you shop for insurance, they ask you what deductible you prefer, if you'd like roadside assistance/rental car coverage, etc. Here there was no discussion. It felt like she signed us up for the highest priced plan and sent us the documents to sign without discussion. When I told her I was considering canceling, all I got was a spiel on how competitive Kemper is, but no acknowledgment of my actual concerns. I just switched to Progressive for auto and renter's insurance with the same coverage and deductible I had with her for $50 less a month. (Be advised that Kemper's roadside assistance also takes HOURS, is unreliable and that they aren't capable of communicating well either. As my last vehicle neared the end of its life, I had to deal with roadside three separate times and every single one of them took upwards of 3-4 hours. I don't know about you, but I don't have half a day to take off to sit in my dead car and wait for a tow.) If you're okay with service that isn't personalized and a lack of communication, then this for you.

EDIT: I absolutely am a client of yours. Now you're either lying or you don't know your clients at all, either way more evidence for my rating. "You made a smart decision" only if you enjoy paying more monthly than anyone I know pays per year and getting $700+ monthly bumps with no explanation or warning. Worst agent I've ever used or heard of.

I purchased a vehicle over the weekend and needed some help with my insurance, I contacted Sara and she was driving on the freeway with her family and took the time to help me as I was stressing out. Keep in mind we did multiple text messages and at least five phone calls to get this issue figured out. The customer service involved with that was very very impressive to me and I was thankful that she was able to help me out.
