We brought 5 thousand dollars of furniture total in three years and in that is a recliner that was a thousand dollars and in less in a year it is a broken down piece of junk. I called and only a three month warranty is on the recliner. Lost our business!

My parents went into check out this grand opening furniture store in hopes of buying a new sofa set to replace our old one just in time for christmas. we went in with an ad on nov. 13 for the grand opening and wanted to check out some specials that they had. But the color they had at the store wasn't the one we wanted but the owner ASSURED us that he can get the color we want by ordering it and said it will be ready around 2 weeks. And we were fine we that. Parents paid in full. And the waiting starts... 2 weeks no call whatsoever. waited almost 3 weeks we decided to contact them and they gave us a excuses excuses excuses but luckily for them my parents are lenient and understanding people. said it would be there within 3-4 days but guess what? still no couch in our living room! Owner finally later called and said okay we will deliver that following day in the LATE evening! We stayed at home waiting and waiting til almost 630pm. He calls and I asked you guys are delivering it now? he said NO! OMG! He said it was TOO LATE to deliver. WTF. Said they will deliver first thing tomorrow morning. I'm sorry but 2 weeks became almost almost 4 weeks! WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!! Bad communication and lack of trust!

I went in to look for a dresser for my daughter. The manager/salesperson was very nice and attentive and since he didn't have what I was looking for in the showroom he was able to find me something in their catalogs. He said he could order exactly what I wanted. I paid in full up front, and he said he would be ready in about 1 week. After one week I hadn't heard from them so I called. At that time he said it took longer than expected, and so they expected it the first week of March. The first week of March came and went, so I placed another call. The person who answered said he would have the manager call me back, but he never did. After a few more days I called again. At that point I was told it would be ready the next day. Later that day the "manager" called me back and said it would be ready in 2 more days, and that he would call me after 1pm. The day came and he didn't call me by 3pm so I called him. He said the dresser was ready and I could go pick it up. I sent my dad with his truck to pick it up and bring it home. Once we got it home and out of the package, I realized it was the WRONG dresser. It was a smaller, more inexpensive dresser than the one I ordered. I called the store, and have to wait for a manager to call me back. At this point, I just want my money back. This has been nothing but a big hassle! And now I feel like they are trying to rip me off. Good thing I kept the receipt with the item # and it does not match the one on the box. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!

I had got a bedframe and ordered it from them when I ordered it for them. They said it was gonna get delivered on Tuesday of next week then they called me saying they would have to reschedule for Saturday because the bed frame was damaged and I said yes it was OK so then I called out of work on Saturday to wait for them to deliver the bed frame and they had not called me or told me anything so I had called them Saturday morning to check up if they're still going to make it and they said yes, but they are Behind due to the fog so I waited all day waiting for them to deliver my bed frame. They did not even call me to tell me that they weren't gonna make It and they never showed up on Saturday. So on Monday morning as soon as they opened, I called again and told them about the situation and this lady made it seem like it was my fault because they had called me on Friday and I didn't answer of course I didn't answer because I was at work and they had said it was gonna get delivered on Saturday not Friday so why call me on Friday when it was supposed to get delivered on Saturday they had told me on Friday and I would've answered and I would've been expecting a call from them, but they didn't and now they're telling me I have to wait until Thursday to get my bed frame all because I missed two calls
