We want to do a big remodel; kitchen, 2 baths, flooring, etc... Father and son came to our home multiple times for an estimate, but no follow through. Just really disappointed, but glad we ended up with a truly reliable contractor!!!

Great people, gave me a great deal on installing new gutters, and in the end charged me less than what he quoted me. I will definitely be using them for future projects! Thanks again Albert!!

We noticed abrupt water staining to our ground floor ceiling in our 5-year-old home. Albert Sandavol Jr. came out quickly and provided a free inspection. It was a faulty PEX connector in one of the inlet hoses to an upstairs vanity. Despite being involved in another much bigger project, Sandoval Jr. and his crew started work quickly. They also helped us upgrade to some canlights at a very reasonable price. To note, the first texturing subcontractor did not do a good job, but Sandavol was quick to remedy the issue without hesitation or extra cost. SANCO provides quality work and has our highest recommendations!

Could have picked anyone to build my new house, I chose these guys. Everyone involved was so great. The thing that I loved the most, is that they rolled with me everytime I made a change. And there were a LOT of them. Albert and his son quickly caught onto my vision, using reclaimed wood where I could, allowing me add materials as I wanted. I have a GORGEOUS house. Thank you.

These are the most honest and hard-working young men that I've seen in a long time they built me a beautiful fence at a good price and also hung me rain gutters That matched my house I am just tickled to death with my fence I would recommend them to anyone but I'm sure other people that have used them would say the sameTheir work is beautiful.

Hired Albert within 6 days of his estimate, felt like I received a great value for my money, but alas I can't know for sure because after 3 failed attempts to get the other local Seamless Gutter Installer (Donco) in town to come out and give me an estimate, I finally went with Sandoval. They did an excellent job on install and when called for a minor problem late in afternoon, did return next day and fix the problem. Would very much recommend Albert and his Son for their Seamless Gutter Installation.

If you don't want to waste your time calling contractors who make promises, but never show up call these guys. Very professional and kept their word. Will work with again.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. We contracted this company to fix a wall after a driver rammed into it with his van. The project started in August of 2021, and finally January 2022, we received the final invoice. The wall was being fixed through the insurance claim so I could not switch contractors in the middle of the project. There is complete incoordination, miscommunication, and lack of accountability within this company, which is painting the picture lightly. We went MONTHS without getting started because they could not "find the right bricks". I could have created a mold and made the bricks myself over a weekend (the wall is maybe 8ft long, 18in high). After dropping the ball several times and not completing the job, they ended up subcontracting the project out (multiple times because no one knew what was going on). In short, there is a wall up with bricks that don't match the rest of the wall, an iron fence that does not match the rest of the iron fence, and they decided to spraypaint the fence AFTER it was installed, so the bricks now have black spray paint over the top. They claimed to have finished the job, leaving all the brick debris in the yard. We tried for weeks to get an invoice to close out the insurance claim, and our calls and messages went unanswered, likely because they understood they royally screwed up and were ashamed to charge at all. The last gentleman I spoke with was kind and understanding, but just like everyone else I spoke to, he claimed to "not know this was going on" and passed the blame to someone else. I will be paying out of pocket for another company to come to fix the eyesore they created. I never write reviews, but I think it is important to share my experience in hopes that customers looking for a contractor find other companies to work with.
