Needed to replace a dual pane kitchen garden window where the seal had broken. Called with measurements to get a quote. Spoke to Erica who helped me a lot to get the online proposal filled out. (they were true to their quote unlike another company). Took about a week to get the window made and installed. Kudos to Steve and Ralph for their quick, clean, smooth, professional work! Highly recommend the professional company!!!!

Steve from San joaquin glass repaired my sliding glass window. He is very knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job. SJG should be proud to have him on the payroll.

Poor customer service. I call for a window repair at 7:30, call back with measurements @ 8:05 am to get a quote on window. I waited 2hrs call back was told the office was working on it. I Call back 3hrs later to be told quote is still not ready & would not be able to come out to repair my window today.Very upset, I should have been told this in the beginning.

So Glad I Chose San Joaquin Glass to Do a Special Order for Me. I Purchased 2 (49 1/2 x 14) Pieces of Glass for My All Mirror Vanity Shelf. They Were Fast and Very Affordable. Customer Service was Awesome the Lady in the Front Desk April was Very Polite and Detailed. I Definitely Recommend this Place to Anyone Looking to Get a Special Piece Of Glass Cut :)) Thanks You Guys !!!

1000% go here. Clovis glass couldn't figure out how to customize my window. It was back and forth for months. San Joaquin Glass replaced the custom glass immediately! And they're fixing my other windows as well. Please do yourself a favor: do business here. Thanks to Erica and the guys! You feel like this is a family values business with the highest professionalism when you work with them!

Disappointed. I contacted San Joaquin Glass for quotes on frameless shower enclosures for (2) bathrooms... I was greeted with "go online and fill out a form". I explained, I wanted to just deal with a salesperson --(the good ol' fashion way) introduce yourself, discuss/verbally what you are looking for, text over pics of both showers, pics of measurements and request a work-up of frameless options and quotes for each... I was advised again, I could go online and attach pics, fill out a form or email them. ***What happened to companies "wanting" your business, what happened to dealing with actual people, not filling out forms and emailing... What happened to "actual customer service"?This place made me feel like I had to earn "their business"... aren't I the customer??

They were fantastic on replacing my windows in my house! I will definitely have them replaced all my windows soon!

Been working with SJG for years and now can't even get them to service a simple shower door and they handled this request with some of the worst customer service (if you could even call it that) that I've experienced in a while. I'm guessing she was having a bad day and needed someone to argue with. I wouldn't consider them for any future work and I've place a service and business warning on their contact info in my phone. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Asked for a quote, was told it'd be $95 just to get someone to look at the window... OR I could email them a picture and wait for a response. One month later and I'm still waiting for a response! Obviously NOT hiring them, they showed a total lack of communication, respect and professionalism. Save your money and time and look elsewhere. This company obviously doesn't care about customer service. Who else charges $95 just for a quote?!! Greedy people, that's who.

Took forever to get back to me with a glass estimate. I found what I was looking for online in 20 minutes.
