San Joaquin country club #1 Tee
Thanksgiving morning golf
I have never had a shrimp that melted in my mouth, and made me involuntary want to eat every part of this shrimp!!!
Club house entrance
The Demi glaze is not of this planet! You have to ask the chef yourself!!!
The steak was so tender, it cut itself!!!
After sampling both the gnocchi and cherry roasted tomatoes, I would have sworn it was heaven and roasted mandarins! Amazing!!
The presentation blew my mind!

I pride myself in being an excellent chef, 80 cook books, I love Bobby Flay, and I cook many amazing dishes on my yacht in San Pedro, "Oceans Eleven"!!I belong to San Joaquin Country club in Fresno Ca, and I knew we had a new chef, but they did not say his name was, "Picasso", "Rembrandt"!!!!It's December 15, 2020, I had nothing going on, and being single I thought I would go to the club and sample what I had been hearing about this amazing chef, that landed in Fresno!Amazing!!!I ordered a steak with the most incredible Demi glaze ever created, it was so tender that when I put the knife on it, it cut itself In half!!The sauce was as delicate as any sauce I have ever had!The gnocchi melted in my mouth, the roasted cherry tomatoes were as sweet as roasted mandarins!!I had by far the most amazing roasted shrimp I have ever had!! I cannot explain the flavor of this shrimp other than I had to eat the entire shrimp head and all!I have traveled all over the world, and I would put these shrimp up against any dish I have ever had!Unfortunately, I have been invited to a special dinner in Laguna Beach, and I am convinced I will be disappointed after experiencing these amazing dishes!I only have one bit of sadness!! I sit here alone, and as I look around there is no one else! One part of me says that even though it is just me, this chef pulled out all stops, the other part is, every member in this club is really missing out!!Thanks chef!!!!! You blew my mind!!!And thank you to every single one of your support team that suggested fantastic wine parings, cocktails, and service!!!I highly recommend "Caymus" can as a great paring, and if the club is out, then "Austin"!!!

St. Anthony's 8th grade end of year party was perfect the staff were all very respectful and the grounds were kept clean. Would recommend anyone having a large party to look into SJCC

Pretty good, for Fresno.Had the opportunity to play a round, and have a couple of dinners as a non-member guest. Despite being a twice-a-year hack, recognized that the course was certainly more interesting topographically than my go-tos off of Highway 99 in Sacramento and Sutter Counties. Fairways and greens were well-maintained; really surprised to see such elevation changes in Fresno.Clubhouse restaurant was a mixed bag. Reasonable, but by no-means spectacular, beer menu. Blackened swordfish was overcooked and oversalted, and underlying linguine was greasy and without character. Chicken breast on risotto actually had rather good texture, but unfortunately was also oversalted. I hear the steak was okay. As dinner on New Year's Eve was comparatively good, suspect these changes corresponded with a new chef.Demographics? Mostly 50-70s on a Friday evening/Saturday morning.

Restaurant review only. Brunch consisted of 5 items all breakfast food. Brunch means breakfast and lunch. I don't know what has happened but their Sunday brunch used to be great, many items of food and delicious deserts. What a disappointment this was.
