Sam's Cafe

The food was good and the service was very good. Nice clean cafe with an attentive staff. The breakfast I had was good yet nothing to exciting about the flavor. A little bland.

Definitely recommend Sams's to all that ask. I only wish they were open a bit later so I can have their breakfast for dinner too! The service is always quick even when the are busy. The wait staff is super nice. I have lived down the block from them for almost 10 years would eat here every meal If I could but I've got bills to pay too. It is always clean sometimes a bit loud but still a great place to eat.

The chicken fried steak was huge! Delicious! They didn't have fresh juice so i opted for water. The food was pretty great and the portions were massive! The service itself was ehh but the food made up for it. The coffee wasn't anything special. My son really enjoyed the pancakes. We would probably go again!

Very tasty and filling cafe. A salute to old school diner flair in a small town. My friend said he passed by last weekend and there was a line of people that we should check it out.I'm always down for breakfast We got lucky, no line but we did wait a but since the small Cafe had no available tables. We checked in at the counter and we're given a table beeper then asked to wait outside. No worries, it didn't take too long once out group of 3 were seated we excitedly checked out the menus. After my and his mother ordering coffee, he ordered juice, not a coffee guy. Lol. Many options even for me the vegetarian. He had county fried steak, eggs, country potatoes, biscuits and gravy. I forget what his mom ordered and I ordered a veggie omlette with country taters, sourdough toast. Near the end of our meal a waitress dropped off a plate of pancakes. Random. Cool. My buddy packed some of his breakfast and tried out the pancakes. Everyone had leftovers for a whole meal each for later. Yes we had to-go boxes.

Enjoyed breakfast. Great service and good servings. I had pork chops, enough for a moderate hunger. We had French toast very good. Viewed the ham steak breakfast, made for a farmer or lumberjack. Price is more than reasonable. The Cafe is very clean and inviting. This place comes closest to the Ole'Carols Pantry in Crows Landing. I still miss that gravy & biscuits, cinnamon sugar for the waffles plus the Boyd's coffee. Come try it out you will not be disappointed!

Welcome to the new Cheers, where everyone knows your name and they're always glad you came. Very good food, good portion and friendly staff. Been here for years. Hubby and I have even watched one of the server's kid grow up and now he's married.

I didn't try their food because they kept seating people before us. We waited about 40 minutes and groups who had been there for only about 15 minutes were being seated? A customer even mentioned we were there before them and we still didn't get seated? I hope they improve this service. We were visiting from the Bay Area, and now I'm sure to not come back here.

We were traveling home a looked for a quick breakfast place to stop at. Sam's Cafe showed up on the map and had good reviews. Sam's Cafe did not disappoint. The service was great. Every staff member was moving quickly and very friendly. Service was on point. I asked for crispy hashbrowns and that is exactly what I got. The food was very good. The omelettes were fluffy and cooked to perfection. The pancake was great. It was light and flavorful. Of course the coffee did not disappoint and our cups were always full.

Crowded. Food is decent and service is polite but still needs some work on atmosphere.
