Same Day Courier and Delivery Service

Same Day Couriers bailed me out of a potential 'Customer Losing' situation. A critical order was shipped to the wrong customer site (3 hours away) from the correct site. I tried to re-direct the FedEx shipment, but was too late to get it done. Same Day was able to pick up the order and get it to the UPS store in time to have the order delivered to y customer priority overnight. Responsive, professional, caring service.

Rich was amazing. I work for a label/packaging company and we needed labels picked up from Merced and delivered to Salinas urgently to manage the increased retail demand associated with COVID-19. He showed up at our plant at 4:00 am and had them delivered to their facility by 6:00 so their first shift could get them applied and out the door. It was easy to schedule, he communicated regularly and had great follow up when the boxes were delivered. If you need same day delivery, Rich is the MAN!
