Today's visit was great. Busy but acceptable... Our server was great he was the bartender but had to get down because of the rush. Props to Mr Rico Suave. Layla was a great match. Sal's is a must here in the Central Valley, they've been around for decades and consistently have delicious Mexican food. Their chips stand out among other Mexican restaurants and are always fresh and their guacamole is by far my favorite! I've never had an issue with service, the waiters are always courteous and polite, drinks are never empty and the prices are just right (especially with ever rising costs these days). My go-to would be their carne asada taco, I typically only order one because it's huge! The carne asada is always seasoned perfectly and the rice and beans complement any entree perfectly. If you aren't in the mood for tacos, I also highly recommend their flautas (can't go wrong with chicken or beef). Sal's is a staple and a good one at that.

A cozy entrance to walk into. As soon as we sat down there were chips and salsa on the table! Our server came in within a minute to get the drink order and came back in no time. A lady took the food order and was very attentive and knowledgeable of the food items when we asked about them. I enjoyed the enchilada a lot. I appreciate how well the restaurant worked as a team in every aspect of the experience

We've been going to Sal's as a family since the weekend it opened. It's our favorite sit down restaurant to go to. Great food and really good chips and salsa. I usually get a bean and cheese burrito with enchilada sauce and cheese on top and it's phenomenal. Favorite Mexican food I go to in town.
