I think this place is amazing!Establishment is cute,clean and organized. Beauty staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. The selection of services are amazing!Staff here really know and understand Beauty and good etiquette.

I got a lob haircut/style with Laura. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and balanced her professional opinion with my own personal wants/desires for this cut. I really appreciated that she checked in several times throughout the haircutting process to make sure that it was coming along exactly how I wanted it. She even added a few extra touches, like putting in a little extra shine serum(which smelled like fresh strawberries and champagne-LOVE!).The price of my cut was very reasonable and nobody tried to push me into purchasing extra products or services, which I've experienced at other salons (and which pretty much ensures I don't go back).I left the salon with that great, bubbly, new-hair confidence we all hope to get after a service.The only area of improvement I'd mention: During my service I noticed a few other stylists swearing during their conversations. While I personally don't mind, there are more religious or traditional folks in Merced and you may run the risk of offending them with language like this. I went with Gabriela Pulido to get my hair extensions done. She was very nice but she looked very nervous while doing my hair. Also the same day my hair extensions started to fall out! It's only been 5 days and 14 hair extensions have fallen out. Not only are the falling out very quickly but they are also pulling out my real hair. She offered to fix them but who would go back to someone that messed up their hair already. I asked for a refund and she denied to give me anything. This is not my first time with hair extensions so I know how to care for them. It's easy to say that I will not be going back.

Loved this place! Lili will NEVER disappoint you! Her work is amazing!! After I left the salon my boyfriend couldn't stop complimenting my hair for the rest of the night! Lol Thanks Lili you are THE BEST.
