I also understand sometimes you get behind, butShe never checked in with me when I got thereShe didn't give me the option to reschedule that she had to know would be over 30 minutesI walked out after 30 minutes of being ignored and she never even called.I found a new stylist and am pleased I moved on.

The customer service is everything and I love the personal touch that Is provided. Great place for relaxing pedi/mani .

I have been seeing Paula for years and have never had a better experience. She is gifted and kind, helpful and funny. Getting my hair done is so relaxing and fun. The salon is extremely welcoming, relaxing, and everyone is very nice! Paula even saved me when I couldn't attach a tiara in my daughter's hair-with only an hour before her pictures! Totally worth every penny and more!
