Unfortunately this place has really let me down. Any previous experience with this specific location has been average; taste of food, cleanliness, and service. We made a reservation today for right when they reopened at 4:30. We walked in and were semi greeted by the hostess around 4:15 and used both gender restrooms. Both were filthy. As we returned to the lobby area to wait to be seated, the lobby area was also disgusting. There were pieces of trash on the bench area as well as the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a week. I would imagine that in the time they are "closed" they would be attentive to the restroom and other areas. We decided to leave immediately and will not return until they step up their cleaning procedures. My husband made the comment, " if this is what the lobby looks like, I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like." I'm really disappointed :(

The restaurant is dirty. My shoe was sticking to the bathroom floors. The dining area where the booths have stains and dirt all over the wood. The food is good. I don't think I would come here anymore about the cleanliness.

Servers were nice. We walked straight to the bar area tables so my girl could get her sashimi fix real quick. Got a couple hot sakes. Bar area is more quiet than the hibachi area so that is nice.

I have been a long time lover of Sakura ...really really love it here, BUT..... Sukai at table mountain is a close second. I am a loyal customer but I have to keep on moving! All the rolls here are great!! I have tried them all!

First time here with some family. We came during the beginning of the week at 8pm and the door said they close at 9pm. They told us it'll take 10 minutes because they have to clean a booth. We waited for a bit and eventually were seated. I know we came in late for dinner and I'm sure they weren't too thrilled. I don't blame them. I'm sure it was a long and busy day and everyone was ready to go. Nonetheless, our server was attentive, no bs, straightforward, but there was something sweet about her. I can't fully explain it, but it felt like an auntie serving you food! Everyone got a combo plate of some variation with chicken. The portions were extremely generous! I got ramen-- it was spicy and portion was also generous, a tad too much red chili oil. I've had a lot of ramen from different places, and for the area and such, it wasn't bad at all!

First time I've went that we ate at a regular table instead of the teppanyaki. It was nice. We got way more food. Booths were very spacious and comfy. Fit size of us. We went at lunch and got one plate of the fried rice and it fed all of us with a ton left to take home. It was $15. Great deal. I got a plate of the chicken. Also $15. But it's way more than you would get if you went and had it cooked it front of you. Of course you have to get the hot and spicy sauce. Service was fast. Waitress was great on refills. Only thing I hate about this location is the parking. It's mall parking so hard to find a spot. Overall a great experience. Will be back.

I think that, all things considered, this is the best teppanyaki place around. There are no real surprises here, and everything is pretty good. Went here recently for lunch with a group on a Friday. All seemed well initially. Waters, soup, and salads came in a timely fashion. As we were waiting for the chef, we noticed we had been seated at our griddle for 50 minutes. The chef did finally come. The food was good. I got the "trio," which included steak, shrimp, and chicken. What I especially liked was that nothing was over salted. I do wonder if one and a half shrimp was correct for my lunch, though. That's what I got. All in all, we were there for almost two hours, which is just way too long for lunch.

Everything needs to be improved. Has a 2.9 for a reason (well many)The hood was broken, so much smoke/steam everywhere. There was so much water at the bottom of our plates you would think it was some kind of "new" soup dish. The food itself was far from good. A person might think this was some sort of prank, to see how far you can push the customers before they get upset. Lol. All in all: Save yourself the trouble & time, there's plenty of good teppanyaki restaurants around.

Worst teppanyaki experience ever. One of the chefs was playing foul music with my 3 yo son at our table. Lyrics had F bombs and the N word, unacceptable!! The waitress was horrible, and the service was super slow. Took us 2.5 hours to eat dinner. We will not go back.
