We love coming to doctor saigel's office! Being that I make 2 other little ones to bring with me should say something. There is RARELY a crowd here. The people in the front do a great job of spacing out appointments. Everyone here is nice and the office is clean. It could use some updates in decor but what does that matter if the place isn't clean?! The nurses are seasoned and know what they are doing. It wasn't hard for us to become patients after ezekiel was seen in the hospital but as of now there is no room for my other 2 to become patients. I understand that. It's fine. When there is room, we will try again.

I bent over backwards in 2010 to get Dr Saigal to take my newborn son as a patient (due to the fact that he wasn't seen by Dr Saigal in the hospital when he was born). I know he is a good Dr because he was my pediatrician and I trust him! The first couple of years we started going here, my son's appointments went fairly smoothly. BUT, lately customer service means nothing to the medical assistants who work here! I feel like I have been talked to in a condescending way by the front office MA who always answers the phone & I hate it! She doesn't run the office like Mrs. Saigal!!I am a nurse myself AND I am the person who takes care of my kid so I think I know when something is wrong and how things work.. Also the past few visits I have seen large bugs (roaches I'm sure) in the sick child waiting room. It's disgusting & unacceptable!I really like Dr Saigal and it breaks my heart to think I might have to search for another good doctor..

The staff is always friendly. Doctor Saigal has been great with both my daughters. I get same day appointments when I need them and Doctor Saigal is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manor. He has been our doctor for 7 years. Never has an issue.

Dr.Saigal was the doctor that checked my son out right after I gave birth to him. He is very sweet and knows exactly what to say to make me feel better. I never have a question about anything when it comes to my son, he always answers everything with such confidence and I love that. It never seems like there is ever a long wait. The staff is very nice. The nurses are lovely. I believe the only thing I would change about it is having a more convenient bathroom in the office so I'm able to change my son more easily instead of having to leave the office to go to the lobby. It's very close to my house, it takes 4 minutes to get there. Good vibes and love the good energy.Update*I took my son in today bring up my concern to the doctor because my son has been hot the past 3-4 days. He was congested a month ago and he is still the same. I asked if it could be allergies last month and he said he was too young. I asked if he could have allergies this month and he said yeah. My son's grandmother has very bad allergies so that's one thing I've noticed is he will say one thing then change his answer later. Well, anyways I was asking simple questions about teething and he was extremely rude asking me why does it matter. I said well so I can understand why he would be fussy so I can give him Tylenol for his pain. He said it wouldn't matter because he will be teething from 6 months to 2 1/2 years old so it doesn't matter. I asked him when I should start giving him baby food and he told me I could only ask him questions referring to why he came in and I could only ask him at his physicals. Which is understandable but, the entire time he was extremely rude, short and giving my the worst attitude. I like him when I first met him, now I'm currently in the process to find another pediatrician. If I can't ask three questions without getting blown off I don't want to go there at all.Update* 3/5/16My son woke up with an extremely bad fever this morning. He has been throwing up and guess fucking what. No doctor on call. Took him to Valley Children's and he had congestion and a fever. Not returning for his check up!!I would give 0 stars.

I never really had any issues with Dr Saigal. Wasn't a huge fan of his office staff but he was always really fast and nice to my daughter. Today was a completely different story. My daughter went in for an annual check up and at the end of the visit I tried addressing her speech issues. His tone immediately changed and he started asking me why I waited so long to address the issue and why was this a concern "all of a sudden". As soon as I started to speak he cut me off and told me a check up was only for a physical and I would have to make another appointment to talk about my daughter's speech problems. He also stated that he wasn't going to sit there and go over this issue for an entire thirty minutes when he had other patients to see. I was appalled at his response. Worst BEDSIDE manner ever! I am a very understanding person and if he would have just told me to make an appointment for that particular issue and left it at that then I would have done so!! I left the office questioning my abilities as a mother. Then shortly after I came to the realization that the only person in the wrong was him. And on top of that I always wait an hour or so when I go in for a appointment and all of the toys in the waiting room are filthy! One medical assistant is really sweet but other than that the staff is very rude!!! I am currently looking for another doctor for my daughter .

I decided to use dr saigal as my newborns pediatric doctor because he saw my baby in the hospital when he was born and we hadn't gotten around to finding someone else. He is quite good at handling babies from what I see. His receptionist, however, rubbed us the wrong way... Very condescending tone and we had trouble with her with a personal issue on our insurance and it was not handled as I would have imagined a professional business would have handled our situation. Our other issue we have had with this place is that we end up waiting up to 1 1/2 hours to be seen when there is hardly anyone there. Two of these time we have overheard phone calls where the doctor is still at the hospital trying to get new patients in. A professional dr would be at his office for appointments instead of trying to get more when he knows that there are booked appointments at his office. The office must be new to them too cause there is nothing nice about it at all. Very run down. We will be looking for a new dr.

He was very rude off the top. I waited an hour for my child to be seen and did not complain. He came in frustrated and seemed upset for whatever reason. Dr saigal had attitude right off the jump cutting me off and not letting me explain the problem with my one month old baby. He explained in a rude way saying that the situation explained itself and told me my child was being over fed and that's why he has stomach issues. Like I was doing it on purpose . He was rude to me and made me uncomfortable . I will be changing physicians . I felt like he does not enjoy his job. I switched to soy enfamil and my son is fine now eating the same amount he has been consuming . Not a pleasant experience.

My son had Dr. Saigal and he always was amazing, but my issue was with the office manager. We moved out of town and didn't have an updated shot record for his new medical provider, when we called to get information the office manager was being very rude and raising her voice at our nurse saying, "what is wrong with the mother why didn't she bring the immunization record to the appointment" "I don't have time for this" "hurry up and tell me what you need" We were so shocked at the lack of etiquette this woman displayed. I've never encountered such a nasty mouthed person in the medical field ever. You definitely don't want this kind of care around your child. I feel bad because Dr. Saigal is a pretty cool doc and also has a extremely nice medical assistant..but this office manager is garbage.
