WARNING! This law firm is a joke! They start at low fee's and work the bill up, they charge attorney fee's for secretary time,. they have social lunches on your time too. Rosemary Rusca dropped me as a client because she said she would handle a case she could WIN but she sure took my money. She was an allied with the other attorney to screw me over. Look at their past, not paying taxes and having to pay over $100K in back taxes.

The only reason I'm putting a 1 star rating is because I have to give a rating. Sr. Was very rude and didn't even listen to my situation. I would avoid this office at all costs. As soon as I walked in the office he sighed and spoke under his breath with very little interest in why I was there. After explaining my situation several times he was just condescending in his response. When we told him he wasn't the lawyer for us, he mocked us and sarcastically said he was stupid. When we asked where to pay for our consultation he replied with he didn't need our money. Stay away from this place!!

When going through Dependency court and Conservatorship court Rusca Jr. made us feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you Rodney Jr. For making sure my nephew stays safe. We would be lost if it wasn't for you.

Rosemarie Rusca handled my divorce case, and I was pleased with her work. I see some negative reviews, and I can only say that personality-wise, Rosemarie is a lot like Judge Judy. She doesnt take any crap, she doesn't sugar-coat the truth, and she doesn't waste time. I can see how she might rub some people the wrong way..... Rosie got me more than I thought I would receive, both financially and custody-wise. Good attorney that has stood the test of time.

She came highly recommended as an aggressive attorney but found the complete opposite. When it comes to filing paperwork they were on it but when it came to court it felt as though there was no "fighting" on my behalf and I had a pretty clear cut case. The other party had no attorney but talked more than my attorney did.

Went in for a consultation and Mrs rusca wouldn't even give me 5 minutes of questions time.. She was so rude I wanted to walk out of her office. That was enough for me to never go back!!!!!!

Yes they start out with a low retainer fee but screw you royal on their hourly rates thereafter. The Rusca woman when not salivating over your retainer will waste a lot of time reviewing your case notes over and over and when she sees not much home of scalping you for your hard earned money she will make threats to you to settle, then dismiss herself from the case. JUST BEWARE OF HER NASTY PRACTICES AND DO NOT TRUST HER. SHE ONLY THINKS OF HER POCKET BOOK! As she small talks you , she is billing you as well. Her husband was in practice with an attorney that was disbarred and you know what they say about birds if a feather.

Very unprofessional!!! Called today to speak with Rodney Rusca Jr. and was hung up on when I called back they had claimed the call "dropped" and I was sent to a voicemail immediately after. Very rude and unprofessional.

Wish I read all these negative reviews before our consultation. All of them are spot on. RosieMarie Rusca is the most unprofessional person I have dealt with in my life. I don't believe I was able to finish a single sentence. She interrupts every chance she can. She used the excuse of looking at the case from a judges stand view as a way to be rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't allow me to speak about any issues with the children in the matter. Is only concerned about if she can easily win the case, not about the children. Made rude remarks about my girlfriend who accompanied me to the consultation. Only legal advice gained from the consultation was how much child support would be if custody would change which I can figure out on my own thru the child support offices free calculator off their web page. Will be disputing the charge for services not rendered. Highly advise others to avoid this law firm, you can get better services for your $50 driving down Blackstone or McKinley.
