Roxanne's Birkenstock

I needed work shoes right away and sent a friend to order SAS clogs for me as I was working and SAS is closed on my one day off. My friend mistakenly went to Roxanne's Birkenstock instead of SAS. I had written down "SAS black women's nonslip clogs, size 7.5" so my friend would know exactly what to order. The saleswomen at Roxanne's Birkenstock ignored this info and sold my friend a Birkenstock clog instead. It seems like it should have been obvious that this was not what was being requested. At least she should have asked, when it was clear that he was in the wrong shop, imo.My friend delivered the shoes to me at work., and I saw immediately that they were from the wrong store. I never wore them at all and we tried to return them immediately, once we realized the mistake. But the shop refused to let us return the unwanted shoes and instead only issued me store credit, which I had no use for as I don't wear Birkenstocks and I needed a very specific shoe for work. I understand this mistake was partially our fault but, still, I'm disappointed in how the situation was handled. The shoes in question were brand new, never worn, and we tried to return them within half a hour of having purchased them. It was an expensive mistake, in the end.If you order from this store please keep in mind that they don't allow returns even on newly purchased, unworn shoes.

They have good stock of UGGs and the staff is very friendly and accommodating you can always find something you like. Thank You, Conny

Returns for store credit not accepted if ANY spots are on the shoe. Cold, uncaring and impersonal sales or rather counter person with no understanding of the fact that I drove from Sanger just for this. Nothing. She was like a robot. Bad.

Absolute delight. Read the past reviews and was not looking forward to their lackluster customer service. To my surprise we were greeted with a smile. Went further into the store and was greeted again by another clerk. I picked their classic Arizona and was given a variety of sizes and styles to choose from. My daughter said I was the Dad version of Cinderella, of picking the right one. They also had MyMassagePillows and the manager got me fresh batteries.

Want to start out with a big Thank you to Jena for her great service!! Was in search for new comfy shoes for work and found Roxanne's Birkenstock's on Yelp. Jena was extremely helpful in going over my wants & needs. She brought out probably about 10 pairs of shoes to try. Ended up with one pair that I hope will do the trick. Right now they are having a huge sale - go check it out. They also have a huge selection of socks. Quick note check in on Yelp & receive a 10% discount. Sometimes I dread coming here, sometimes I don't. It's a mixed review but judging my this last past visit, I might just stop coming here altogether. First of all they have a no return policy! Exchange only or store credit is the arrangements you must make here if you're not satisfied with purchases, which 1.) makes me scared to buy anything in the first place. Zero refunds is a commitment and I can't reason with that especially when I'm buying a gift and 2.) What is if I find a better deal somewhere else and decide to return my unworn purchase?Also sometimes customer service is as solid as a rock but this past visit I felt like I was in the "hurry up and buy" mode. I felt like I was looked down upon because I had tattoos and wasn't all glammed up. I felt so awkward that I left and decided to just make my purchase online instead. It's a darn shame and I really hope this changes otherwise I doubt I'll be back.

I was in town visiting family when I stopped by to take a look around with my mother. I was looking around when I overheard my mother ask the associate when they'd be having their next sale. As I turn around to walk towards them, she's looking at my mother as if she had no idea what she said and replied with, "What? Do you need Spanish?" Then looks at me. First of all, we are not even Hispanic. My mother has an accent, but speaks perfect English. At that point I just repeat the question and the woman answered. But to be someone of the associates big age, maybe listening skills should be developed already. And if you're working in customer service you shouldn't be prejudiced and so quick to assume just because someone has dark hair that you won't be able to understand them and they're speaking Spanish. This was an older Caucasian woman with lighter hair. From that experience, I will absolutely not be returning. It was a very ugly interaction. I've already spoken to many others and they agree the service here is terrible. We took our business elsewhere.

Highly recommend this store for all your footwear. Owner/staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of OluKai as well!

Love this place been coming here for years. My Birkenstocks have last me 7 years that I bought here and just got them repaired to last me some more years :)
