Round Table Pizza

I use to LOVE this Round Table Pizza. Specifically because of how the pizza was made and fullness of our toppings. Recently, they have switched to using less dough where the crust is EXTREMELY THIN. I brought this to their attention as I believed they gave me the incorrect pizza of "thin crust." The associate who answered was polite and helpful and relayed they do not have a thin crust pizza ‍Well... what happened to my pizza?? They replaced my pizza (appreciate the effort) but unfortunately was the same thin crust. They no longer have the rich fullness Round Table is known for. Wont be returning :(

I've recently been coming to this location for the lunch deal. Not only is the pizza always fresh and perfect, the salad bar is amazing as well! So so so many options, all fresh and clean. The staff is friendly and fast, and the seating is comfortable and clean. My very favorite place to go to before I see a movie, highly recommend!

Terrible service, sandbar not stocked, order not brought out complete. Will never go there again

Yet again, had I come to Yelp first I would not have ordered from this Roundtable. In my best Shelby from Steel Magnolias voice "It's awful!" 1. Ordered online, the app was glitchy and after 20 minutes to get my simple delivery order of one pizza and 12 wings right it wouldn't let me checkout. I had to go online on my computer, re do the order and checkout. 2. At 6:25PM, I ordered the new Italian Crust Mini Pepperoni and Bacon pizza, and 12 wings: 6 garlic Parmesan and 6 lemon pepper with blue cheese dipping sauce. I received notice from Roundtable, (see pic) the order would be delivered by 7:10PM. I was happy it was under an hour for a Friday night - that's a win!3. At 7:32PM, I still had not received any notice about the delivery, so decided to call the restaurant. I was told that the order was out for delivery and I should receive it any moment. Yay!! BUT - and pay attention Roundtable Management- telling someone what you think they want to hear, especially when not true is NEVER a good idea and only builds the gap you'll need to fill for service recovery. And if you have no idea what I'm talking about either Google it or find a new line of work: food service is not for you #IJS4. At 7:59 PM I received a text from DoorDash that my order would be arriving at 8:37PM . For anyone counting- That's 2 HOURS and 12 MINUTES after I made the order. It's almost as if when Roundtable got off the phone with me, they made delivery arrangements for the order. Ok things get missed or slip through the cracks, I get it. My only hope was that the order was also made at this time and had not been cooked and was sitting there for two hours. Dare to dream ! And if that was the case, why not just own up and say so, I'll even give you the language..." thank you and I am so sorry, looking at your order number it looks like it was not assigned a delivery driver. I'm very sorry and will not only make sure the order is scheduled promptly for delivery but I'll check the order myself before it goes out to ensure it's accurate and fresh. Thank you for your patience and please call back and ask for (your name) if you have any other concerns." 5. At 8:22PM the DoorDasher arrived at my door and handed me the order. He had the nerve to say as he walked away "Be sure and give me a good rating." Rest assured that will never happen - first because it isn't true (see #6) his service was suspect at best and possibly criminal if my food was tampered with. - second he's lucky I can't take back the $5 tip. 6. The food that arrived was obviously sitting around for those two hours. Did I mention that Roundtable is just 4 miles away? So 90 minutes AFTER I ordered, DoorDash let me know it was going to take 40 minutes to deliver the food 4 miles. The pizza arrived warm ( not hot) and the wings close to room temperature, both required reheating. The math ain't mathin' and the service ain't serving. The kicker was unlike the pizza, whose seals were on and intact, the wings looked like they had been ransacked AND one was missing from the box where the seal had ripped open. I already ditched my DashPass in 2022, we just weren't getting good food or service. Now I'm rethinking food delivery and pickup in general. I definitely will not be ordering pizza, delivery,pickup or dine in at the Clovis, CA Roundtable. If they go out of business, not sure that's such a bad thing.

The manager hung up on me after she told me she made the weak pizza herself. They say this is regulate crust and it is thin! It was horrible! On top of that they charge 6$ delivery fee which no one tells you. Then the door dash brings it. Who gets the tip???I do NOT recommend this place! Look at the photos! This is not regular crust !

The dude and I ordered pizza from this new Round Table Pizza on 04/01/22. Upon entering we were greeted and proceeded to order. The staff was very friendly and kind. We ended up getting the Vegetable pizza and adding bacon! You can't go wrong with adding bacon to anything as it will definitely satisfying and delicious. It pretty empty inside which was surprising but RoundTable does tend to be on the expensive side compared to other chains.It was clean and very organized inside as well. We also got an order or the chicken wings. Our food was to go so we didn't dine in. It came out pretty fast and happy with the overall experience.The pizza itself was 7/10 it didn't have that signature RoundTable taste that I'm use to but it was good! The wings were good but very spicy. I have always been a fan or round table and will continue to do so but they do have competition for sure.Overall, it was a lovely experience with staff, the food and I would love to return and try in person and more or their signature pizzas.

I did what they asked and emailed but it turns out the store is independently owned. They told me who to reach out to and no response. Waste of time and energy. It's the best pizza in town but not even a little bit worth the poor service and headache.

Sagan was great at helping me,He helped me at the front very nicely and respectful. Restaurant, restrooms where very clean and neat. They even had locking bathrooms doors

Pizza is great but staff and management is horrible here. Not only do they take forever to get your food going but they ignore you as soon as you walk in.. you feel so awkward walking in and not sure if your in the right spot because there is always sooooo many people waiting for pickup orders or dine in orders I would recommend doing DoorDash for this location, it's just more convenient and you'll get your order a lot faster.

Debbie who was working Thursday night Feb 6th was absolutely amazing!! This place was sooo busy and she handled it all with grace!! She was calm but was quick to answer to everyone's request! She definitely could've used some help, but she got it all done by herself and was absolutely amazing. Our food tasted great, but her service will keep us coming back..Thank you Debbie!
