We used to attend twice a year when in Selma for annual events. We had not been there in 7 years. I looked up reviews and I was a little worried, but we had a great dinner. One of the best Menudos I have ever had. Unfortunately, I ate up half the bowl before I took my photo....it was just that delicious. The chips were just as delicious as I remembered them. I do wish the salsa had a little more pico/ spice to them. Very busy restaurant the hostesses/ servers were always on the move. Our waitress was very professional and checked on us refreshed our chips and salsa.Bathrooms needed a little attending to. We will not wait another 7 years to come back.

I wish I would have come here first to read the reviews vs. what's on DoorDash. They have a 4.5 and over 2k reviews on DoorDash so I figured I was good. Well NO BUENO we instantly got sick within 20 minutes of eating. I had some of the beans and their supposed "award winning" menudo. I make my own menudo and if this was award winning then mine must be worldly. I was violently vomiting with the worst stomach cramps. This has never happened to me before. It was a rough night and as of this morning my stomach still isn't right. My husband had the shredded beef salad and his stomach was upset but not to the point of vomiting but upset and sour all night. We were in town for an event and unfamiliar with the restaurants in the area. This one is immediately checked OFF the list for when we come back to this area. Gross! Shame on them. I hope they get inspected. Something is for sure off.

I had made a review a year ago and I just got a response on May 23 about my experience there I've read through the reviews and believe me this all the complaints that people have seem to be addressed in a sassy way just as she Rosalinda answered me she supposed to take these things and use these tools to make her service better her restaurant better but she's taking it offensive and that's not how you run a business. Unfortunately, the service was very slow and they were challenged to accommodate our parry of 11. It took over two hours from arrival until departure...way too long- especially being seated outside in February. The workers were friendly and the food pretty good. Just not a good destination for a party larger than six.

Food is decent but portions are small. Sal's has much bigger portions. Some of staff is very rude and unfriendly. Some of staff look act like they are very unhappy. Now they started charging for an extra basket of chips and salsa. Go to Sal's it's better. Also Sal's and Antonio's gives chips and salsa with take out orders, Rosa Linda's doesn't. What's up with that

I have been coming here for years, love the menudo, it's been a while but ordered menudo yesterday/saturday was disappointed, it has always had a great flavor and kick of spice, this time had no spice at all, not much chili, blah in flavor which isn't like them at all, and only a few , seriously like 8 hominy and mostly juice. Hopefully just a bad day and not a different cook, disappointed to spend 35+ dollars, food all over is rising and getting less amount and cheaper ingredients. Makes a big difference in taste and quality , hopefully not happening here as this is my all time spot for spicy flavorful menudo.Updated response: order was large menudos and take out, would have addressed immediately but now live 30 min away, didn't know the issue until opened and eaten for dinner. But great to hear there have been no changes in the food/ingredients.. thank you

Love this place. We drive from Orange Cove. Their chile Chile reillenos are so yummy. Selma special is great. Tostada compusta is good. My favorite is there regular tacos with pico n green salsa
