Pros: - Romy is super nice - can update and change invoice all the way to your wedding- large variety of things to add for the big dayCons: - we went to 2 incorrect website and yelp addresses until finding it on the 3rd try (literally drove across town twice)- my bar never showed up and we were missing linens the day of. - I wouldn't get emails back for like a week when she said she would send it over for the day. - I never felt like I mattered as a customer I was always pushed to the side because it was "busy season" - we were told our sweetheart seat foot would be fixed in time for the wedding. Over 6 months went by and I didn't find out til the day b4 it was still brokenThe decor was nice and the flexibility but I don't think it was worth the stress all year.I rented linens, plates, cups, napkins, silverware.

Romy and her crew have definitely earned 5 stars. I really appreciated how Romy was always available to talk. She was so helpful with making adjustments to our contract when we had to cancel our wedding due to Covid-19. We finally set a new date for April and Romy's Rentals was onboard for helping us create our special day. The tables and chairs were beautiful and the linens were the perfect color! They have a wide selection of rental items. The crew delivered the items on time and everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you for making our day extra special! I would definitely recommend Romy's Rentals for your next event.

I am so impressed by Romy and her team. I used them for my wedding and they're team went above and beyond. I use to work in event planning for the US Congress and oversaw when all Presidents, Kings and Prime Ministers would visit the US Capitol and would throw large scale events for our government. So, I'm pretty particular with event service. Absolutely exceptional.

Romy is so wonderful to work with. She gave as many discounts as she could on all of our rentals and working with us to work within our budget while helping us to create the overall look we really wanted for our wedding! Her business partner is super talented and crafts so many pieces and they offered to make us anything they didn't already have in their warehouse to give us exactly what we wanted. And they are one of the only places you can find copper rentals- silverware and charger plates! They delivered everything on time and it was in great shape when it arrived. So great to work with, I highly recommend them.

We used Romy Rentals for our wedding day and next day brunch for our rentals. Romy was so helpful throughout the process but overbooked our specific farm chairs for another wedding. We were very livid, as it was one of the few looks we really wanted for our wedding. They didn't discover that the chairs were overbooked for another wedding until three days before the event. We were forced to use their folding chairs as the other wedding contract was signed two months before we signed ours. Wedding Vendors really need to do a better job remembering that although they do multiple events in 1 day, the wedding day for the couple they are working with is their (hopefully) only wedding day, and it should be special for that couple across the board. Wedding vendors, including Romy just like to blame covid for errors like this, but this vendor has 10 months to figure our their error. If they had done a check of inventory sooner, then we could have found farm chairs elsewhere. Instead, waiting until the last minute results in forcing us to just use their only other option - a folding chair. We are still angry about this, and despite how nice this company was throughout the planning process, this BIG error on their behalf has resulted in us leaving a negative review. If you use them, highly recommend triple checking with this to insure they have the inventory you want.

Love the servers, the rentals are great . Everyone's so nice. Romy is easy to work with

We used these guys to tent in our back patio for a family get together. The owner, Ridge, came out and did it himself. Great customer service and a great job. It was a last minute decision to enclose it and they had no problem getting it done on short notice. Highly recommend them for any party rental needs big or small!

Recently we used Romy's Rentals and Get The Party Started as our rental and service vendors for our son's wedding and were so happy with their service! Not only were their prices incredibly reasonable, especially without the exorbitant delivery fees other vendors quoted; They were right on it when we realized we missed calculated and needed a few extra linens and we got them right away. (DIY event planners, it's always a good idea to sort your event linens early!) The service team for Get the party started also did a wonderful job working our event. From here on out, Romy's will be my go to vendor for any other large events we need to rent things for. Thank you Romy & Team for helping us make this a great event!!!

ROMY is really nice but I would not recommend this company for any event. They don't answer emails properly and that made a big difference. They were late on arrival. At the last minute they switched our linens which also was a big deal but there was nothing I could do about it.

If I could give negative stars I would. They refuse to respond to emails, texts, messages sent through their sites.
