Romeo's Pizza And Subs

If it wasn't for the nostalgic factor I'd passed, but overall it's a hit or miss depending on the location.

Sandwiches are great whenever you can get them made correctly. There is one girl is particular that has a really crappy demeanor. For a couple of dollars more, I could and WILL be going to any of the multitude of other sub shops in the area, and have it made as requested without the attitude. Romeo, the only star you are getting from me is for fresh ingredients. I really, really dislike having to go back in to have toppings added to my sandwich when they should have been there in the first place. A BIG THUMBS DOWN on the customer service at this restaurant!

They have ok sandwiches, but lemme tell you! They carry the peanut butter jelly graham crackers they serve at breakfast when I was in elementary!! This particular location slow in service, they have a bunch of employees speeding to make sandwiches but some STILL COME out incorrect lol. Oh and No hair nets. Yikes! PASS. This place employs rude ass workers. Like BRUH order was simple tuna & wax peppers. I felt bad for my coworker she went here and got a sandwich and they had all the fixings but she only requested tuna with peppers. She went back and I already knew. Terrible. Eye rolling, back talk. Girl bye. First and last.

If your lucky enough to have competent person make your sandwich it will be good. Most workers are rude and will mess a simple order up. They don't wear hairnets while preparing food and the floors are filthy. The shop in Clovis is much better.

Sandwiches aren't consistent, but are pretty tasty when certain gals make mine. Only one-two girls that are currently working here are nice and smiling, the rest look so unpleasant and miserable almost. I get the area isn't the best, but come on ladies, smile!!! You have a job!!!!

Horrible service. Not sanitary what so ever. Made my sub wrong so they made me another one and said i had to pay for it and they charged an extra $6 and when i asked to see receipt they showed me real fast and said i couldn't keep it. I will never be going back, due to your horrible service and attitudes you have lost many customers as i can see. You got a 1 star cause i could figure out how to do negative starts.

the pizza is decent for the price. BUT the ladies that work there are all ghetto and rude. I've been there about 3 times but this last weekend is it. They were ignoring the phones then answering and just putting the handset down while taking orders and loudly complaining about the calls. They also round up on prices, who does that? If something is 3.99 they'll charge you 4.00 and not give you change. I know a penny is a penny but they do add up. When questioned they say ugh it's just a penny. Yeah, but it's MY penny!

Came in for some sandwiches and understanding there is two girls working waited 20 mins at the register to order. when woman walked up Had the worst attitude. when working with customers service I understand right now there is a staffing shortage. But its a job that deals with people no matter how horrible a days going its not the next customers fault they are short staff. These girls are young but there is bo excuse for a place of business to be so disappointing in their customers service. I too work short staff and have never treated my Guest in such disrespectful mannor no matter how busy and short staff we are.

Disgusting wont be back here again , no hair nets , no gloves and she graved the ingredients with bare hands and then she had big acrylic fake nails and she pulled her pants up and she still was making the pizza with out washing her hands .They give me my pizza and i notice one of her nail was missing ewwwww I'm done with this place
