order 2 pizza's and they were delicious. girl was really fast and great service. I'm always pleased

The price is good and they really piled on the toppings. The wait wasn't bad so no complaints from me. It could probably do for some music inside, though.

There's a reason this place has two stars and it's because of employees like this. I went in there yesterday and got a half-and-half pizza have bacon and chicken and pineapple that they have for meat lovers with extra cheese.The pizza was fully stacked and look very attractive before cooking.Once I cook it, we noticed a Puget smell emulating from the pizza. (It was the rotten chicken an old salami.The smell filled up our kitchen and it didn't taste right either. I called establishment to let them know to check on their chicken and salami because it didn't smell edible and I didn't want anyone to get sick from it.I asked them what they would do about this pizza in this idiot says I'll make another one for you if you want I'm like well that's just giving me another rotten pizza. How are you going to fix this is what we're not gonna do nothing this is how our pizza comes .

This location gave me food poisoning. I should have taken the red flag of the little refrigerator in the front leaking but I didn't and got a sandwich. Couple hours later I was trapped in the bathroom. All people who work at Romeo's have attitudes but I go to the ashlan and west only now!

Oh hey it's been a while, Yelp. I shoulda went crazy with this app during the lockdowns becuase I was ordering all the grub. As far as Romeos goes, I enjoy the food but I find it creepy that the old guy who owns the one on Cedar and Shields always hires little, skinny, very young, Hispanic girls. It's like he has a type (and no, for you softees, I am Hispanic so I don't mind it but just seems fishy). With that said, every single time I go in there the girls are talking trash about other co-workers and don't give a care if customers can hear it or now. Now, with that said, the food is pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty good (especially if you tip them first), and I do recommend the sammiches and pizza (especially if you have some fresh basil and veggies growing at home), throw them bad boys on that pizza! Been going to Romeo's for years and to my surprise and extra ingredient, the big was under the plastic

lady was helpful respectful and did exactly what I asked for! Food is fresh lettuce is nice and crisp bread is soft and taste good!

terrible customer serviceright when I walked in, no hello, no smiles, the employee immediately said "what do you want?" and I was kinda taken a back cause it was very rude. Not only that, but when I was ordering she interrupted me saying something along the lines of "I'll do that later, are the two subs all you want?" Very very rude. Me and my brother looked at each other in shock. Get better workers. 1 star is just for the sandwich at this point.

I went and asked for a fully loaded turkey and salami sandwich with avocado & as you can see there's no avocado there's no onion there's no olives I asked for extra cheese no extra cheese call to let them know what was going on with my sandwich. They were very rude and hung up on me, I feel the owner should hire more professional people instead of hiring all these young women that are inexperienced with customer service. And to top it off, I don't live here no more & I come all the way from Oregon to visit and all I wanted was a good sandwich. This place is done & has went down the drain.

Such a disappointment! I haven't had a Romeo's sandwich in years! And I was totally looking forward to enjoying what I remember being an awesome sandwich.. however it was nothing like I remember. I use to bring home Romeo's all the time, my kids grew up loving this place. But it's definitely not what it use to be. But then the young kids they have working here explains it all. I ordered a veggie sandwich with extra cheese (got charged for extra cheese) but when I got home this sad sandwich had NO CHEESE AT ALL!!! I was watching this young girl make it and she kept asking the other girl that took my order what she wrote that I did and didn't want. I noticed her start to roll up my sandwich to bag it and she had to stop herself because she forgot to put lettuce even!!! This was like ordering a pizza WITH NO CHEESE!!!! Once I realized the mistake I called the shop to let them know and the girl was very rude about THEM making my sandwich wrong! I asked for their names and her reply was "we're not allowed to give out our names" this was just all around a horrible experience! Guess I haven't been missing much! Do better Romeo's!!! Needless to say I will not be going back!
